Lir is amazing! She listens and helps and genuinely cares. I will always turn to her if I’m in need of guidance or help. Highly skilled and I would recommend her to everyone. It’s difficult to find someone like Lir she is one in a million!

Very versatile, tailored coaching, with both role-playing, sessions that at times felt more like therapy, and a general sense of honing in on where powers within me can be unlocked. Different coaches work well for different people, but Lir really worked for me!!

I can't recommend Lir enough, she has coached me over the past year through some very challenging times in my career and it was like having a personal cheerleader on the sidelines. She has an amazing talent for actively listening and picking out the right questions to ask to help give you those lightbulb 'aha' moments. All done in an incredibly warm and supportive way.
