If I could give less than 1 star I would! Beware, this is not a London UK company as it purports to be on their website, it is a Chinese company selling low quality goods. The website says returns are the consumer’s responsibility but what they don’t say is that returns are to China and not UK as you assume. No idea who Lisa and Lizzy are and although their bio indicates they are London based as does the website and email address, the company is definitely not a UK based business. Customer service seems to consist of just one person, Rosa, who deals with emails and returns which takes a while. Would never buy from this company again. Quality of the items is extremely poor although their marketing is very persuasive……

This company seems to be ripping people off. The dress I ordered was shabbily made from extraordinarily cheap material and all the seams were puckered. They say they are a London company, but you have to send the goods back, at your expense, to Asia. All they are offering otherwise is a 15% refund if I want to keep the dress. They also asked for a photo of it before they did anything. If I could include the photo, I would. It looks like a piece of rag. Avoid these people at all costs. The name of the woman supposedly dealing with my complaint is Rosa.

Misleading
This company gives the impression it is a London based boutique selling high quality clothes. It is not. It is a Chinese company selling cheap, badly fitting clothes at so-called sales price. Your goods arrive and if you are not happy you have to pay for postage return to Asia. Read the smallprint before buying
