I'm so excited to receive my order. I've been looking high and low for shoes that would fit my dress and I finally found them at a great price too! Ordering was super easy and straight forward it was a breeze. I received order status and details immediately after placing order.

Very easy to find what I was looking for. Checkout was streamlined and very simple. I promptly received an email telling me my order was in process and offering 10% discount if I chose to add to my order.

Purchased women's shoes and the sizing was waaayyyy off and so big. The site says 30 money back guarantee but when I contacted customer service they have only given me the option for either 50% store credit or 10% refund and to keep the shoes. Guessing so I don't have to send back to China where they came from. Weird that it's "of Charleston" but all interaction is from China. Super annoying and I will NEVER buy anything from these people again. Do NOT recommend.

Deceptive advertising. This "company" sent me an item that looked nothing like the blouse I ordered. They offer returns on their site. Then when I wanted to return it, they offered me 10% off instead. Then when I complained, they offered me 50% off but only payable with a gift card. Stay away. Stay far, far away.

Horrible customer service. Getting the run a round after trying to return sandals that are cheaply made and don’t fit right. They also sent a pair I paid for but did not order. Won’t send me information on how to send the sandals back to get a refund only offering to give a discount of future purchases. Why would I purchase from them again when they send garbage products? Beware of this shady company.

Update: I had to contact my bank to file a dispute however, it’s difficult to get reimbursed because they sent a product. The product is not orthopedic shoes rather, cheap plastic ill fitting sandals that are not even the ones I ordered.

I picked a maxi dress from the sale section and liked how elegant it looked in person. Shipping was quick, the payment process felt secure and I had no issue tracking the order.

Recently, I ordered two pairs of the same shoe. When the shoes arrived I tried them on and neither pair fit. The straps on the shoes were so flimsy that they sagged off my ankles. I immediately reached out to them requesting a refund. Having spent over $100 for the shoes that unfortunately don't fit, I thought we should have no problem. Their customer service STINKS. They keep sending me the SAME reply:"Our goal is to make your shopping experience as simple and smooth as possible. To resolve your concern, we would like to offer you the following options:

Option 1:
You will receive an immediate 20% refund to your original payment method.
No return is required.

Option 2:
75% store credit to use on any future order (with no expiration date)." They will not even reference a refund of the total price, less shipping. The quality of their customer service and their shoes is terrible. I wouldn't buy ANYTHING else from them based on this experience. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. Buyers BEWARE!!!!

The website was easy enough to use and I liked that there were options for both men and women. My order arrived faster than I expected and the tracking updates were clear from the start.

Ordered "Orthopedic sandals". Took 3 weeks to arrive, poorly packaged and clearly direct from China. Poor quality and def not Orthopedic. I wrote asking how to return. Customer service, which is clearly AI, keeps offering a 10 or 20% credit if I keep the shoes or a 50% store credit. Frankly these shoes, and other items I've since looked at on their website are clearly Temu items that cost 50% what they charge. Not good quality. Avoid this vendor!

This was a surprisingly smooth order. I found a dress, checked out quickly with my card, received tracking and the parcel arrived without any drama. The fit was flattering and I would be comfortable buying from the collection again.

I ordered a blazer set for a weekend event and it looked clean without being too flashy. The quality was decent for the sale price but I wish the trousers had a slightly better fit around the waist.

The collection has some nice pieces but not everything matched my personal style. I ordered a blouse and it was fine for everyday wear but I expected the finishing to feel a bit more premium. Delivery was fast which was a plus.

8/3/26: Received a response to my 2nd return/refund request and was offered a 10% refund or 50% store credit to keep them - no return & full refund option was offered, despite their refund policy saying returns are available within 30 days. Requested return & refund a 3rd time.
8/1/26 Update: They finally arrived, 22 days later, and they're absolute GARBAGE. Not shipped in boxes, just all smashed up in a plastic bag. The molded heel sections are crushed and permanently creased, straps permanently creased, soles dented. Returning.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst experience! 7/10/26: Placed order for 2 pair of shoes in a 9.5 and 10.5 - only half sizing was offered. Website says 1-2 days processing time.
7/15/26: Emailed for order status, was told processing is 3-5 days, I said your website says 1-2, another reply saying the same thing, again I said 1-2 and sent a screenshot of their website.
7/16/26: Received email saying they're still waiting for their team's response.
7/17/26: Received email asking what size I want, with a size chart in whole sizes now. Um, what?! So I said 10 & 11.
7/20/26: Received email saying they shipped a 10 & 12! I replied you sent the wrong size. Received a second email saying they shipped a 9.5 and a 10.5 - what I originally ordered!
7/24/26: The package was finally picked up to begin travel. From CHINA!! TWO full weeks after I placed the order! The website says the business is in Charleston, SC but that's evidently a fake storefront.
Do NOT buy from this seller!

Worse company ever to give a refund. After 4 different offers to pay this amount keep the items we will send another or we will wave the fee and send a different size etc. anything to not take back the items and issue a refund like their website says they will.

The dress I bought looked really pretty when it arrived, especially the shape and length. It was not perfect because the fabric felt a little lighter than I imagined but it still worked nicely for a dinner plan.

Not a bad store but my experience was mixed. The suit looked sharp once I tried it on but delivery took a little longer than I thought it would. Customer service did reply when I asked about tracking, so that helped.

First time ordering from Lisaandsalman charleston, so I kept my expectations realistic. The product was okay but the sizing felt slightly different from what I normally wear. I would probably check measurements more carefully before ordering again.

Caution: they buy on SHEIN and relabel and market up! Reverse image search their clothing!

Good fit and very versatile. The material is comfortable and holds its shape.

The item were as described. Shipping went well, and everything came neatly folded. Pleasant when things match up.
