Listing Xpert 

It was ok for me. Not great but not bad.

The reviews on Xpert are both ends, 1 star and 5 stars. I wanted to give them a chance, but it's been over two months and no leads or correspondence from Trevor or Listing Xpert. I have attempted to reach out but the website is coming up "forbidden" and the I leave messages on the phone number and not return call. I would like to initiate a refund but not sure how to proceed.

I paid the setup fee, but then nothing happened. It's been over two months, and I haven't received a callback or an email with my questions. Learn from my mistake and don't pay the money.

BEWARE! Trevor from Listing Xpert sends out numerous annoying referral solicitation texts despite being on the Federal Do Not Contact List!

I WAS COMPLETELY SCAMMED OUT OF OVER $500. THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY. TRY CALLING THE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Spoke to Kevin, and he explained the program and collected payment. After payment was collected, they sent over a contract that was completely different then explained, and now will not refund the money or answer phone calls. They have a calling restriction. They never set up my account or corrected the contract. I highly recommend not doing business with this company.

Really impressed with the team. They quickly understood my niche and built a strategy that delivered. The leads have been strong from the start, definitely one of my best decisions this year.
