Great response, prompt service and good products

Speedy delivery, quality bars, and very light. I've recently gone to 36cm bars and on a whim I thought I'd buy & put these on another bike, ordered at weekend and they were delivered Tuesday and pleased I did, very comfortable.

I’ve purchased two handlebars and the light weight stem all of which are perfect very light and look good fit perfect. Customer service is amazing answering any questions and helping me out. And delivery was a day or two can’t recommend enough.

Have been great on two purchases I've made with them. Excellent customer service. There was a slight delay on shipping one item, due to a gap in stock. They offered to refund, or throw in a couple of free inner tubes if I didn't mind waiting - which I didn't.
Very pleased with the handlebars, stem, and cassette purchased. Great quality and low weight at a good price.

Purchased some integrated handlebars which (due to my steerer) needed some adjustments to the spacers to get them to fit. Ollie from customer service went above and beyond to help out with this and I can’t thank them enough. Customer service like this is very rare these days. I have subsequently purchased a seat post and will buy some bottle cages soon.

The quality is excellent and wouldn’t hesitate in buying more Litebike products.

I am thrilled with my Litebike x Pro super light bars…

but more than this, it has been the genuine and humble conversations that I have had with one of the business’ Founders, Laurence, following some initial concerns that mean I would not hesitate to recommend Litebike.

These bars were delivered to me in super quick time, were well packaged and look great - not to mention there are just the right shape (although this is of course subjective). Bar dimensions were exactly as expected and really well finished… and these really are super lightweight; my 38cm bars weighing just 188g!!

I make reference to some initial concerns - and note that this is an edit to a previous review. Once installed, I pushed these bars towards the upper end of their use range and had concerns that we swiftly addressed by Laurence and the team at Litebike through the provision of a replacement.

On reflection, I would urge anyone consider their use case when purchasing super lightweight components (not specific to Litebike). I am no mountain goat (c. 80kg) and would be happy to run these Litebike bars on any road bike, 99 rides out of 100. Would I put them on a gravel bike and show them to UK ‘gravel’, not personally.

Ultimately, as an upgrade to a road bike I think these bars are great and I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Nice range of performance upgrades. I have purchased the x-pro bars and x-token 11 speed cassette. Both products genuinely surprised me with how light they were and I love the look of the CNC machined cassette.

I purchased the UNO Kalloy x Litebike stealth stem recently. Overall happy with my purchase but found it annoying that the type of bolt on the stem was not provided under specifications. I thought it would be an allen bolt, but it was a torx bolt so I had to go out and buy a specific torx bit for my socket wrench. Also, would have liked the 'litebike' white branding to be on both sides of the stem since I clamped mine with the angle up versus angle down.

i live in Ontario ,Canada,ordered a litebike stem from them Jan.2 2025. order has since left the U.K. have not received any updates on Canada Post tracking site,so, now Jan.21 2025 who knows where it could possibly be !! JAN.25 2025 Litebike has sent me a new stem to replace the one lost in transit. this is great customer service,i appreciate this fully!! thank-you very much!!!

Litebike TPU tubes are a perfect balance between price, weight, durabilty and practicality. These are definitely going to be my go to tube from now on.
