I purchased a digital product from Lite House Creative, expecting it to match the advertised description. However, the content was not as promised, and many of the templates required were very basic Etsy purchases and you also need paid ChatGPT access, which was not clearly stated upfront.

When I requested a refund—well within their advertised 14-day money-back guarantee—I received no response. I followed up multiple times, but they completely ignored my emails.

This company appears to be running a misleading operation, taking money without delivering what they promise and refusing to honor their own refund policy. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

If you’ve already bought from them and are facing the same issue, I recommend disputing the charge with your bank. If you have not been scammed by them yet … ❌ DO NOT BUY ❌

The digital product was displayed in a highly misleading manner, with the contents shown in the listing entirely unrepresentative of what I actually received. This is fraudulent and unacceptable. Reached out to their support a week ago but never heard back.

Amazing templates. Really great value. Getting over 1,000 ad templates for that cheap is great. Ive already used about 15 of them for my company and definitely have seen a boost in performance. Really happy with my purchase!!!

It is a scam. I placed 2 orders and did not receive the contents of the item. Also, do not answer instagram and do not receive emails. I have been researching and he is selling a product purchased on Etsy that is worth significantly less, he resells it for much more. If TrustPilot asks, I will send all the evidence I have.

Scammers. The ads bundle was nothing what they advertised. Bunch of very basic canva templates, nothing more. Don't spend your money on that, because they don't even refund if you are not satisfied with the quality, and talk rude to you when you ask questions...
