Er wordt geen retouradres verstrekt en er wordt alles aan gedaan om de boel te traineren ( te duur , moet helemaal naar china , beter korting accepteren etc etc ). Retourneren gaat niet lukken. Ik kan mij voorstellen dat mensen 5 sterren geven , als het product wat ze bestellen binnen redelijke tijd arriveert en werkt. Zijn er echter problemen met het product, dan komt U erachter dat Litroux Bv slechts verkoopt en ABSOLUUT geen service verleent. M.a.w: niks bestellen bij deze oplichters

Zoals jullie hieronder al kunnen lezen in andere reviews. Zoals bij de meeste mensen voldoet mijn robotstofzuiger ook niet en dus wilde ik hem retourneren maar dat kun je wel vergeten want ze traineren de zaak en een retouradres krijg je niet. Je krijgt de reactie dat hun producten goed werken en dat er geen reden is om het apparaat terug te sturen. Het retouradres heb ik tot nu toe nog steeds niet ontvangen. Op elke mail krijg je een standaard antwoord met een paar aanbiedingen van 5, 10, 15 en 20% korting op het apparaat als ik het apparaat kan houden. Maar ik wilde hem niet houden. Nog steeds geen retour mogelijkheid. Dan zeggen ze dat de retourtermijn verstreken is, wat gewoon gelogen is het bewijs heb ik. Het aankoopbedrag is inmiddels van mijn credit card afgeschreven, dus ik heb hem betaald. De credit card maatschappij kan hier helaas niets in betekenen. Ik wil iedereen waarschuwen KOOP NIKS BIJ LITROUX. ze zitten in Hong Kong en hebben geen boodschap aan Europese wetgeving.

Ich habe 3 Tage nach Erhalt des Produkts, einen Rücksand verlang.
Ich würde ein Monat lang mit unnütztliche EMails hingehlaten mit Ifos wie "den Rückverand wäre teuer für mich, sie würden mir ein Rabatt anbieten um es zu behalten", und als ich (nach 22 Email!!!) weiterhin auf Rückversand bestanden habe, haben sie mir mitgeteilt, dass es nicht mehr möglich wäre, da die Frist abgelauf ist.
Nun muss ich ein Produkt behalten, was ich nicht benutzten kann.

Wanted to return the item because I did not do the reading here first. In the UK we have 14 days to return an item when bought unseen by mail phone or online.
My request for a return address was answered with: "The address on the package is not our correct address, please do not send the package back privately." No other advice. So I sent them a note with a copy of the local law re. the rules. I'll keep updating this as we go. If I do not hear I WILL return it to the distribution centre where it came from before March 9. And complain to the credit card company.

De robotstofzuiger moest uit Hongkong komen en het duurde ongeveer twee weken dat ik 'm in huis had. Ik heb 'm nu een aantal weken. Over het stofzuigen ben ik tevreden. Hij vindt z'n weg en zuigt best aardig. Natuurlijk niet zo krachtig als een normale stofzuiger, maar prima. Hij is heel stil, dus dat is prettig. Het opvangbakje van de robotstofzuiger is heel makkelijk te legen. Ook de batterij gaat lang genoeg mee.

Over het dweilen ben ik veel minder tevreden. Het dweiltje raakt de vloer niet stevig genoeg, waardoor ie halve banen dweilt. Daar heb je eigenlijk je niet veel aan.

Kortom, zeker niet de beste robotstofzuiger, maar daar is de prijs ook naar.

Hab es am 2. bestellt und 15 min danach schlechte Bewertungen gesehen. Wollte stornieren. Haben sie nicht angenommen, weil sie bereits "versendet haben". Hab direkt bei Klarna retoure angemeldet.

Bekam ne Tracking-Nummer, am 9. die Lieferung. Hatte schon davor direkt nach Retouradresse gefragt. Antwort: soll es doch probieren, keine Angst, hab 14 Tage Rückgaberecht!

Am 15. wieder nach Adresse gefragt. Gab es tagelanges hin und her und am 19. die Antwort: die 14-Tage-Frist ist abgelaufen. Retoure nicht möglich. Hab denen geschrieben 9+14= 23, Frist ist nicht abgelaufen. Kam wieder: Frist abgelaufen! Keine Retoure.

Hab Klarna eingeschaltet, Rechnung wurde schon am 2. pausiert, hab mit einem Mitarbeiter schriftlich gechattet, das ich es rechtzeitig reklamiert habe und selbst wenn ich keine Adresse für die Retoure bekomme, den Betrag nicht zahlen muss, weil ich meinen Teil erfüllt hab.. hoffe das funktioniert alles so wie versprochen!

Würd auf jeden Fall von diesem Händler abraten!

Ist auch bei der Verbraucherzentrale als Scam gemeldet, Impressum gibt es nicht und beim Lieferettikett steht "NOT FOR SALE" als Returnadresse drauf.

Alles in allem sehr unseriös + super schlechter Support

40 Euro für eine Stornierung der Bestellung, die von litroux ignoriert wurde, deshalb hab 8ch die Annahme des Paket's verweigert, da auch keine Möglichkeit besteht, das Produkt zurück zu senden!!! Vorsicht Betrug!!!!

Spijt, want van kinderen een andere cadeau gekregen en dus retour. Nu wil ik retourneren, moet ik naar China sturen, terwijl product uit Duitsland verzonden wordt. Krijg ik dit antwoord:Dear Customer

J'ai acheté cet aspirateur pour 239 euros nommé Litroux. Je reçois quelques jours après un aspirateur nommé Lie
troux qui vaut 139 euros chez Darty. Attention !!!! Le système de carte bleue n'est pas sécurisé malgré ce qu'ils disent. Ne pas acheter d'aspirateur Litroux c'est une arnaque ++++lire les messages avant d'acheter

I bought a robot vaccum as a xmas gift from LITROUX after reading the T&C's that the item could be returned providing they were contacted within 2 weeks of receipt. The day after I ordered it, I e-mailed them to cancel my order as I had ordered the wrong one. I replied that it was too late to cancel the order but to notify them when I received and they would arrange for a return / refund. The day it arrived, I e-mailed them to request the return address.... they didn;t send it they asked if I wanted to keep it and they would give me a 10% then 20% discount... but I didn't want it. We exchanged around 20 e-mails, the only response was 'what's wrong with it' or we can give you a discount.
Thankfully I purchase this using my Credit Card - I contacted them and explained the situation. They were brilliant. They wiped the carges from my account and handled it for me. Within a couple of days of them being contacted I received an e-mail with the return address. They even had the cheek to say if it wasn't returned within 7 days they would take action against me.
Would I used them again? DEFINITELY NOT!!

Litroux är en bluff med värdelös produkt och omöjligt support. vänd er till er bank eller kreditkortsföretag och kräv återbetalning (chargeback) då fick jag en kontakt med supporten och möjlighet att skicka tillbaka skräpet! har dock ännu inte fått några pengar. jag uppmanar alla att på alla sätt sprida information om deras värdelös produkt och service så att andra inte drabbas

Habe Bestellung widerrufen und wollte den Staubsauger zurückschicken.. lange Emailkonversation darüber, dass die Sauger perfekt seien und es doch ein hussle wäre, ihn nach China zurück zu senden. sie würden lieber 5% bis schließlich 15% Rabatt zahlen. Ich bin hart geblieben und so kam als letzte Email, dass ich den Sauger nun nicht mehr rückgeben könne.. ein absolut unprofessionelle und betrugsähnliche Abwicklung.

Fik leveret defekt støvsuger DØD. Ingen svar på henvendelse, pas på abonnementsfælde ingen returadresse.
