The company updated me every step of the way when it came to delivery it arrived earlier than stated which was a bonus the toy is exactly as it appears online iam very happy now about online ordering which I wasn't previously

Ordered 2 Creative Sponge Painting Sets for my granddaughters and received 3 weeks later a pack of acrylic pens, no templates and NOT as described, a complete rip off!
Despite emails they haven’t addressed the issue. Stay well clear!

Firstly, this company is not situated in the UK so be warned you will wait quite some time for your order - I think it was shipped from China. The tracking feature on their website is good, but still not quite sure why they use the .co.uk when the company is not based in the UK.

Secondly, all three items I ordered were parcelled together and packaged in nothing more than what looked like one of those grey plastic flimsy envelopes which was ripped during transit resulting in every items box being either bashed or torn - thankfully they were just bits I gave straight to my grandchildren for the garden but they could not have been properly gifted the packaging was so badly damaged.

Thirdly, one of the items I ordered was the Montessori colour sorting fruit and veg with the four different coloured baskets - we were sent four baskets but two of them were green and the yellow one was missing.

All in all a really disappointing experience and I will certainly avoid ordering from them again.

Saw a magic air ball on facebook , looked fascinating flying back to the person who threw it and hovering above peoples hands. Well save your money , its a small dome with lights,. Battery operated fan inside and a remote and its a load of rubbish. I threw it and it almost disappeared over next doors fence , it is complete garbage. Again save your money

I ordered 3 items which were packaged together in single layer plastic bag. One of them was a soft item and that arrived undamaged. The other two items were boxed and both boxes arrived damaged, broken on the corners and in one case concertina crushed. All the damage was caused through poor packaging at source. If they had all been placed in a protective box, I feel sure they would have arrived in good condition.

These items were intended as gifts and I asked for an address so I could return for replacements. I have since had email exchanges and quoted their online refund policy:

Received a defective item or your order got damaged in transit? No worries! We will send you a new one free of charge as long as you contact us at ... within 2 days of your receipt of the product.

I contacted them immediately. They have decided that the damage to my items is not sufficient for them to replace or to allow me to return for a refund.

But I am fearful that this is an unethical company and I suggest you find another retailer instead of Little Kingdom. I will never buy from them again.
