Absolutely the worse baby product, advertising as cotton blend the product was so poorly made and synthetic. The quality was not as advertised and the care labels not in English or east to translate. They have only offered 10% refund and 15% credit which is poor and not legal. I have the right for a full refund this is a terrible false company and I wish I had done my research, they should be audited for suitable product for the infant market and trading standards

What a joke of a company I orderd what seemed two nice little dresses for my little girl payed a few pound more as the quality looked good
After a long wait the dress came in a shein bag and the quality was absolutely shocking was your big standard shein shit so just out of curiosity I went into the shein website and found the two dresses for five pound each not the 30 I had payed each I really wish I had read the reviews for this shambles of a company
I emailed straight back telling them I didn’t want the dresses and want to send them back I give them a few days still heard nothing so looking at the pattern once people write a review the company write back saying sorry and to get in touch which is a load of bollocks honestly people stay away from this Micky mouse company just scamming your hard earned cash of you and if you do like something on there website you will find it on shein at a fraction of the price

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Product was listed as 100% cotton, and the website falsely advertised as all products being 100% cotton, which is illegal. Product arrived and label says 100% polyester and is from TEMU - listed on the label. I asked for a full refund and for them to cover return shipping at their expense which is the law, and they refused. They tried to offer 10% off as 'Sending the item back does come with real risk, return shipping can be costly, the process can take 20+ business days, and there's always a chance the parcel gets lost or delayed with no guarantee of resolution.'
Absolute scam, and just AI responses in email. I've requested a credit card chargeback and will report the company to the Uk trading standards. Do not buy from them.

Poor quality, wrong material descriptions, image different to product

Awful service, terrible returns process. After getting in touch to say I needed to return my item as it was too big, I was told that it was my responsibility to arrange the return and it would be costly and probably get lost in the post so was offered 10% of my purchase that could be refunded same day but if I attempted a return the refund could take weeks. It then ended up costing me £11 to post back to China, had I known this was the process I would never have purchased. Would not recommend.

Ordered a girls boutique dress advertised as high-quality UK boutique with "Hassle free returns, just the way it should be / Simple, easy and stress free / Shipping is FREE - no hidden fees."

What arrived was not that.

Plain white poly mailer, inside a thin clear bag. No Little Rowan branding at all. Generic swing tag that says "Tanglidingchun" with Chinese characters and a tiny white tab overlocked into the hem that just says "9". Thin shiny polyester, overlocked seams inside with loose threads around the shirred bodice, small butterfly appliqués only single-stitched and lifting / wonkily attached, large sequin butterfly wings on the back attached wonkily and uneven.

When I asked to return within 14 days - opened for inspection only, not worn/washed, decided to go with another dress we ordered - I was first offered 10% to keep it, then 15%, then 30% to keep it.

When I asked for a full refund, I was given a return address to: Naishi Warehouse, 5th Floor, Building 4, Phase 2, Niannianhong Furniture Group, Choujiang Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province 322000, China. Recipient Ruichao Wang.

A tracked return from the UK to there is £26-£70 - more than the £24.95 dress cost, 20+ days at my risk, with customs forms. This cost and location was never disclosed at checkout.

Customer service confirmed in writing they cannot provide a UK address or prepaid label.

I have requested a full refund without an international return at my cost, as the return cost was not disclosed pre-purchase. Currently escalated to bank for Not As Described / Misrepresentation and reported to Citizens Advice Consumer Service.

Would not recommend based on my experience. Product does not match boutique description and returns are not hassle-free.

Very poor quality. I bought a 3-6 months teddy bear onesie. Looks ages to arrive and had a Chinese lettered tag. Annoying I cut this off as the present was very late. So I can't return. But not giving as present as such awful quality - cost nearly £30! Buyer beware.

Purchased 4 items at the cost of £140… quality is awful. Items arrived totally different colours to that ordered. To add insult to injury the bag literally says SHEIN KIDS! On SHEIN the item costs £4 and they’ve charged us £30 for that particular item. This company is a drop shipping scam, fraudulent and needs shutting down! Will not accept returns and offer 10% refund. Will be reporting and claiming back through fraud department.

How i wish i'd read the reviews before buying! I have never seen baby's clothes that are worse material and quality than this! Clearly says made in China and it is obvious as soon as you receive the dirty cheap package through the post! Disgusted at how it advertises to be a Dutch brand with a UK design and now when i think about it, no mention of where it has been manufactured. Disgrace in this day and age that companies like this can still exist and make money! have requested a return but judging by what other reviews are saying I am not holding my breath.

Beautiful dress - long delivery time but dress was delightful so worth the wait

Gosh I wish I’d read the reviews first. I requested a simple return and have had several emails offering me 10% off to keep and 15% off next purchase. I just want to return the clothing which doesn’t fit. But apparently it is difficult to do as “items get lost, it is expensive and take very long to be returned”! Strange how they can send them out quickly but can’t receive a return quickly!! I am tearing my hair out. Avoid at all costs. Now I get a response to my review suggesting I email after I’ve been doing so for many days to no avail. It’s their lack of good customer service that drove me to review as I’ve already been emailing without success.

When I raised my concerns, I was offered a 10% refund rather than a straightforward return/refund solution. This was not the outcome I was hoping for.

Please, please save yourself a lot of hassle and stay away from this company at all costs! They are running a scam.
Their website indicates that they are a local boutique selling high quality children's clothes, but what you will receive is anything but!
Dresses arrived in open packaging, no labels whatsoever to show that it's even new or any brand, awful cheap material, loose threads hanging everywhere, absolutely shocking!
They will absolutely not offer free return and will want you to ship the items back to CHINA!!!! They will also actively deter you from returning the items, instead will offer discount and to replace items (with more of their awful stuff, no thanks).
I had to open a case with my credit card to get my money back as this company is trying to ignore all the laws and basically runs a scam. I wish I read the reviews before buying as I would have never bought anything!

If I could give it zero stars I would. I’m so annoyed. The material is so bad that I’m worried it won’t survive one wash. I thought I was buying quality as the prices are similar to more exclusive brands. What I got was an unlabelled set of boy clothes with a 2-3yrs old tag on.I almost gave up on receiving anything I had waited so long ( 6 weeks to arrive) Absolutely shocking, please avoid

I have just received the three items I ordered for my niece`s new baby.I am disgusted at the quality and finishing of the little outfits I purchased, and they should have been top notch considering how much they cost! As well as that the sizing is all wrong, For example the 6-9 months dungarees are much smaller than the outfit for 0-3 months. I am so angry and disappointed. Caveat emptor - avoid!!
