Good impression
My first and only impression is a good one. I liked the stylist that came to my home to cut my hair, I liked her even more when she cleared all the mess after cutting my hair. I will go back there for my next haircut.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. While we can't see your full name here, the experience you described sounds familiar to a recent interaction.
To clarify around taking bank details, if we are unable to continue to fulfill a special request like an out of catchment booking where we needed to obtain an additional travel charge payment for, we then proactively request your bank details for the sole purpose of processing a manual BACS refund, as our secure payment system does not store that sensitive data.
We apologise if a high volume of messages were needed to help you coordinate and make a booking for a special request that you felt was not suitably replied to or supported and felt like the worst customer service, our goal is to be helpful with timely responses at all times.
Brilliant service.
Helpful, efficient and professional.
Our artists Marley and Savelin were excellent. They came on time to our hotel and my sister and I really enjoyed the experience.
The whole process was seamless.

Experiencing Little City Retreat was an absolute delight! The service exceeded expectations, and I was thrilled with the results of both my hair and makeup. Marley’s performance was exceptional—her professionalism and warmth, combined with her genuine talent, were impressive. I walked away feeling both confident and indulged. I wholeheartedly suggest giving it a try!

Debbie made me feel really comfortable
Debbie made me feel really comfortable. Talked me through the process and she was done in about 30 minutes! This is a great service, after having a busy day at work, I didn't have time to go to a salon so this fit in with my day perfectly.

Beautiful hair and makeup experience.
I had the pleasure of having Savelin style my hair and Marley attend to my makeup for my daughter’s wedding on Saturday. They both made such a wonderful job and I received many compliments throughout the day. They were both so friendly and made the whole experience great fun. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
