update on 'pathetic' experience !!
Here's update on my previous review.
As soon as my review was posted with negative experience,they arranged for return pick up which was denied earlier(without any confirmation/apology),gave cashback in form of points.
Was quite taken aback with experience n hence had not bother to use so called refund points.

When I tried doing it,it shows my account suspended!! No intimation,No communication.

I raised on their whatsapp n as expected,no response.
So once again ..continues to be 'pathetic' and would never ever recommend or shop again

I ordered 2 tops and jewellery from Littledesire and am really very satisfied with their service and quality. The parcel arrived on time.

Bought a backpack from littledesire. It looked beautiful and elegant in the images but looked cheap when it arrived. I tried to return it but the site showed it is not returnable. Now I am stuck with a low quality bag for which I paid a handsome amount. I bought it as a gift to my sister but cant gift it now due to its cheap quality.

This is the 2nd time I placed an order with this littledesire.com. These guys deal with the worst Chinese quality products. 1st time when I asked for a return pickup because the product shipped to me was tampered, I was told there's no return available. I compromised bcuz I seriously didn't check the return policy before buying the product. But this time, I checked for the return policy and ensured I have a 15-day return period. Quality of the product was worst. When I informed the vendor, they disabled the return option for the product. How insane and cheap these people can be. Shame on them. I reached them over WhatsApp, and once they knew it's about the return, they stopped interacting with me. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUD & PERVERTS. Don't waste your money on this scrap.

Littledesire products were very good in quality. I bought a pair of socks and top for my sister from Littledesire online store. It is a good platform for online shopping. I am satisfied with their customer service.
