Amazing customer service - went above and beyond and fabulous quality products!

I ordered three baby announcement t-shirts from this fab website, including one that was personalised. I only realised after ordering that the personalised one may not arrive in time for our announcement. I emailed the store and asked if they could at least try to get the two non-personalised t shirts out in time, I would be happy to pay separate postage for the personalised one. Pat replied immediately saying she had posted all three expressly at no extra cost and they all arrived the next day! I am so thrilled with the service and indeed the quality of the items (and the price is very fair). I have had such terrible experiences with personalised items on Etsy arriving late/after an event so am very glad to have found this fantastic business and will be ordering from them again and recommending to all my friends! Thanks Pat and team for going above and beyond - great customer service is an ever increasing rarity these days!

I am a childminder and have children leaving to go to school. I contacted the team at Little Lili and they couldn’t have done more for me. I needed a specific t shirt for my two leavers. They met all the requirements and delivery was so fast.
The quality of the product is exceptional and the print is soft and natural, not plasticky. I will definitely want to order more and will be looking for jumpers for all my minded children to wear when we go out. Thank you so much again and Pat is so helpful and polite 🥰

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the personalised hoodies I ordered for my kids and nephews and nieces — they are absolutely perfect! The quality is fantastic, the material is soft and comfortable, and the personalised details came out even better than I expected. The kids love them and haven’t wanted to take them off!

I also really appreciated the smooth ordering process and how quickly everything arrived. It’s clear a lot of care goes into your products.

I cannot thank this company and Pat enough, I couldn’t find a 4 year old birthday top anywhere that I liked, then came across this company, although I panicked as I was ordering quite close to when we are going away! Pat kindly sent it next day delivery if I ordered before 10am and it arrives before 10am today 😊I’m so happy the quality of the tshirt is fantastic, the print is great and price is also great! I was a bit skeptical at first I always look on trust pilot and not many reviews but the ones on there were good so I took a chance and so pleased I did the quality is fantastic brilliant printing on the clothing it’s a baby vest for our 1st Father’s Day with our new born I will 100% order again even the packaging and the way it was wrapped was lovely! I’ve recommended to friends…my feedback would be please start doing baby grows if possible aswell as the vests xxx
