I have had the services of the Little Owls cleaning company for the past 4 years. They have always done a magnificent job in keeping my house clean and tidy. In particular the bathroom and kitchen are always spotless and the other rooms thoroughly hoovered and dusted. They are always cheerful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Little Owls cleaned our holiday home in Minehead for just over a year. We found the cleaning to be of good quality, however, we wouldn't recommend the company: we received an email from Steven, that Little Owls would be terminating their service with us, with no notice. We thought it reasonable to at least give 2 weeks' notice, which wasn't offered.

This left us in a challenging situation, because we had bookings to fulfill, with little to no time to find a replacement cleaning partner. The contact with Steven became strained and hostile fairly quickly. We would recommend Little Owls for their cleaning, however we cannot endorse them as a company to do business with; we found them to be unprofessional and aggressive.

Little Owls have cleaned and serviced our holiday let for almost a year. They have delivered a professional finish, with diligent and attentive service. They took an extremely professional approach to the introduction of additional measure for COVID risk management. They were also able and willing to provide pro-active maintenance support as it arose. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend them.

Great work done by them. Keep it up. All the work is neatly done though. I'm satisfied

I had an oven clenaing service from them yesterday and they arrived on time were very polite job was done in about 30 minutes they cleaned up after they finished invoiced me while they were there cant complain great service.

Very nice team, Very kind nothing was to much trouble. The work they do is lovely.
I currently have them every week and have been recommending them to my friends.
