review your bill- items added to cart by seller
I would carefully review your cart as this business tacked on a bunch of things at the end that I did not add. $5 for unlimited returns. $10 Free gift card that I find was later billed on my order confirmation. This was the email from the CEO acknowledging all her site glitches after I emailed them stating that those upselling tactics were sleezy. She also tried to state that her upsell tool accidentally granted me a discount it wasn't supposed to trying to make it seem like it fell in my favor, but that was not the case. Here’s her full - I’ll let her speak for herself.
Hi Laura,
I’m responding to your message(s) regarding your order.
After reviewing it, I identified a system error that duplicated an item and automatically applied a 30% discount without a code. That discount was not intentionally offered, though I understand why it appeared on your order. I also see the error of the gift card product on the order as well.
Calling our business “sleezy” is unnecessary and unproductive. If something doesn’t look right with an order, we’re always open to addressing it directly and professionally.
At this point, I’m happy to refund your entire order if you’d prefer not to move forward.
Best,

The 30% discount was displayed and applied through your upsell tool during checkout to increase my cart order value, certainly not a system misuse.
Additionally, the $10 item initially displayed as a $0 gift and later converted into a billed charge. If you have multiple checkout and system failures that directly impacted the order total and customer experience your response should have reflected accountability and resolution. Instead, it was unproductive. Cancel the entire order.
