Thanks so much for your feedback. It's completely normal that your son did't like all flavours at once (we know that can be frustrating) but it can take up to 15 times until babies get used to a new flavour and love it! We hope your son is now a little veggie lover:)

First of all, It's completely normal that your little one doesn't like all flavours at once (we know that can be frustrating) but it can take up to 15 times until babies get used to a new flavour and love it! We recommend to be persistent, try to introduce new flavours over a longer time period. Dear Sam, many thanks for your feedback. Yes, we've been in touch the system charged you, we are sorry for this incident. We've processed your refund on the 24th of July - so it is on it's way, it usually takes a couple of days. Many thanks for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with the ordering process and customer service. We've seen that you ordered our free 7 meal promo, if your baby is having more than one meal per day, we would recommend to update to the medium box which contains 14 meals:)
Regarding the pricing, our weekly subscription starts at £20 for 7 cold-pressed and paediatrician-approved meals (including delivery), if you buy pure organic produce from an online retailer to make these meals at home, you are likely to spend the same amount.

Dear Harriet, many thanks for your review. We are sad to hear that your daughter didn't enjoy our meals. In contrast to most of the Picollo and Ella's Kitchen pouches we use more bitter tasting ingredients such as kale and millet, and don't heat-process our products which means they are less sweet. If your baby is used to more sweeter, processed foods, it may be that it takes your baby some time until she accepts more bitter tasting meals.
We would process a refund immediately but we've seen that you ordered one of our free trial boxes, so we could only offer you a voucher for your next purchase. Please let me know if you would like to give our meals a second chance and we will send you a voucher. Thank you!

Dear Rebecca, many thanks for your review. We are happy to hear that your baby loved the meals - except of the Kale & Apple dish. We would like to encourage parents to introduce their little ones to bitter tasting veggies, not only to sweet tastes. Research tells us today that babies who are introduced to fresh and more bitter tasting veggies are more likely to love veggies later on in life - which is supporting them to become a healthy eater. We totally agree, more variety is needed - we are busily working on new recipes. Please stay tuned:)
