Jeg er bekendt med kantha stof, og synes desværre, jeg betalte en del ift. hvilken kvalitet, jeg modtog.

Kunne desværre ikke passe en ellers meget flot kjole. Liva er meget venlig og imødekommende, og holder til fulde, det hun lover. Jeg har handlet trygt hos hende og gør det gerne en anden gang

First time ordering from Liva Larsen, and it has been bittersweet. I love everything they sell and have been looking forward to ordering for a few months. The dresses are beautiful and I’m very happy with the way they LOOK.
However, I am disappointed because the material is thin and they came with a bad smell. The hems of my dresses are also fraying and I’m just worried they won’t last long. For me, they are not worth the price and I have had better quality items from Shein.
I also was shocked by the delivery process although mainly this was my fault. The website says any country outside of the EU should expect 10-14 days, but I waited just under three weeks. Then, because I ordered them for a holiday, I messaged the company on Instagram (which is listed on their website as a way of contacting them) to check the tracking details and the response was not helpful and I didn’t hear from them again.
My biggest shock was the customs fee, but this is my own fault for not knowing. Anyone from the UK should be aware that it is not cheap- I was charged £65 to pick them up from a delivery office.
Overall, I don’t think I will order again from LivaLarsen but I have already been complimented on my dresses so that’s a positive!

I bought one of their limited edition jackets and it’s absolutely beautiful. I’m so happy with it. It arrived really fast and was packaged beautifully.

Firstly, the quality of the products are really bad for the price. Secondly, I wanted to return part of my order so I emailed her asking if I would have to pay customs for a return she said no. A week later I got sent an email from the post office asking me to pay customs I was confused and tried to pay it anyway so they wouldn’t send it back to me. However since I didn’t have a danish phone number I was unable to. I then contacted her asking why she told me I wouldn’t have to pay customs and if she could pay the customs fee and it could be taken off me refund. I then had to chase her to respond to my emails which she took 2 weeks to respond to so they have sent the skirts I tried to return back from Denmark to me. I have wasted all that money I had to pay to send it back. Terrible customer service.
