Live Abroad with ADHD was founded by a fellow neurodivergent expat who’s been where you are — navigating multiple countries, learning new systems, and creating ADHD-friendly routines that actually work. Tamarind Murrietta created Live Abroad with ADHD to make other individuals and families with neurodivergent preparation for their move or travel abroad, create an enjoyable, comfortable and safe environment while living outside of their country-of-origin allowing for a less overwhelming and more fulfilling environment. We help neurodivergent adults at every stage of the expat journey — from “Should we really do this?” to “How do we make this sustainable? We break down overwhelming tasks into brain-friendly, step-by-step systems, providing structure, accountability, and ADHD-specific strategies to help you succeed abroad.
