Live and Learn were fantastic from start to finish, they were helpful and friendly from the moment we got in contact to arrange some training for our Supervisors/Managers. Danielle who provided the training was brilliant and the exact sort of person you would want to help improve your team, bright, enthusiastic, patient and knowledgeable. Our staff were a little reluctant about training but all came out of it with nothing but positive feedback. I would highly recommend them if you are considering upskilling some of your staff. Paul delivered bespoke training based on the Insights methodology on how different people communicate. This was a half day session at our team away day, and Paul made it fun and interactive with various related team building exercises in between the learning sessions. Feedback from the team was excellent and I would recommend Live and Learn Consultancy to anyone looking for innovative training delivered to a very high standard.

Live and Learn Consultancy delivered a Management Skills training course to our middle management team yesterday. All the participants commented on the quality of the content and the delivery of the course from Andrew who made the day enjoyable and engaging.

We will definitely be using Live and Learn for further training in the near future. Marie and the team who
arrange the course and discuss the required content prior to the training make the whole experience very easy.

Its very difficult when searching on line to select a training partner as all the companies have lovely websites and glossy images with reviews that you  can question are genuine or not, but I can honestly say that Live & Learn Consultancy delivered a first class service.

Great experience, fun, educational and above all very relevant.

We asked Live and Learn to design a bespoke communications workshop for our committee volunteers, as part of a full day of networking and professional development. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted to achieve in our ambitious 90-minute session and crafted a programme around our goals. Their team was honest about what could be covered in that timeframe and offered pragmatic solutions to match our needs.

The workshop itself was fun and engaging. Richard and Andrew brought energy and enthusiasm, providing a lively and interactive experience. Attendees left with practical communication skills and clear takeaways. Thank you!

We attended the Building High performing teams training, conducted by Mark Simpson. Mark is a fantastic facilitator and really brought the team together who had significantly varied experience. He was engaging, clearly knowledgeable in his field and ensured every person was heard and was encouraged to contribute. The team felt his level of interaction was superb and he really helped to simplify and apply the knowledge for all learning levels.

The course was informative, and the trainer was extremely engaging and skilled.
These events can sometimes become boring seminars, but this was not the case!
I learned much more than I expected to in just one day, from the catering to the overall experience, everything was excellent. will 100% use again.

Jamie was absolutely fabulous! He tailor-made the course to suit our specific needs and the team thoroughly enjoyed the session. Their confidence (as managers) has grown tremendously and their takeaways from the day have been fully embedded into their management style. We will be utilising Live & Learn again for the rest of our staff in the very near future.

Great presentation- great pace and engagement, felt comfortable from the offset. I have always felt I know enough in the field but was pleasantly surprised by the content. “Change my life”. Relatable reference points. I took away better understanding and most certainly the need for regular 1-2-1 meeting sessions.
Also heard a lot a good feedback after the event which is an excellent sign that the content actually resonated with many people. Richard was great.

Excellent trainer, really helpful course

A very engaging and motivating instructor. The course content was relevant and interesting to our work. We will continue to use live and learn consultancy when training our employees.

At the end of the session, everyone in attendance felt better equipped to prepare and deliver presentations that suited their style and ability.

We recently had several excellent customer service training sessions with Andrew from Live and Learn. The booking process was super easy, with clear course info and pre-training meetings to make sure everything was clear and gave us an opportunity to ask questions and highlight any things we wanted it to cover.

Andrew was engaging and shared practical tips for handling customer interactions, improving communication, and solving issues. Staff found the sessions really useful, interactive, enjoyable, and said it gave them useful tools to take away and help to improve our customer service.

We’d definitely recommend both the training and the team – professional, friendly, and very efficient and helpful! The whole experience was great!

Great training day! Andrew and Richard created immediate rapport with a group of 60 people, the training was delivered at a good pace, with relevant material and an engaging style.

Would use again and would recommend to others looking to enhance their team’s skills.
