High quality live foods delivered on time. To think the weather is so hot and the foods still tuned up in perfect condition is amazing!

I bought frozen rats ,paid £25. They arrived unfrozen completely, all covered in blood. I try contact the company twice. No response. Awful customer service

Bad customer service! I placed an order and they didn’t email me to let me know the product was out of stock until 2 weeks later when I emailed them and they said they would refund me, I’m still waiting on my £14.99 refund one month later, I’ve checked with my bank and they haven’t received a refund from Live Aquatic Food Online, I haven’t heard from them since my last email asking if they have looked into the missing money with their online payment service provider. I want my money back, it’s not legal for a company to leave a matter like this unresolved, I’ll need to get in touch with Trading Standards now to get my money owed, really not happy with this company

Dreadful company, no way to contact them in person, don’t reply to emails or via their contact form and I haven’t received my order!
