Good to see a creatine gummy with actual creatine in it lol. I think all of these companies should be forced to 3rd party test if they want to sell in the UK.

The protein powder is nothing else ive tried. I drink 2 a day, giving me over 50grams for around 200 calories. I used to snack on a nut/fruit mix mid morning, now I have one of these shakes and Ive so full after thart I struggle to eat lunch until 2pm, when I was ready to dash out of the office at 12,
