Tickets arrived in plenty of time and we're exactly what I ordered. I was kept informed as to what I needed to do and everything was easy. A good experience.

The tickets were delivered exactly as promised. That said, the anxiety of only getting them 24 hours beforehand meant some worrying moments, especially as we were abroad and had no real recourse had the tickets not been delivered. Some form of assurance comms would have been nice - something like "Hey......, only 24 hours before your tickets are delivered, etc". The fact that there were no further comms from yourselves from point of sale to point of delivery wasn't so great.
Other than that, everything was great

The game itself was fantastic and the seats were good and as expected.

The way in which tickets are issued is not very good. Despite contacting the company before our departure for the trip the tickets were not e-mailed to us until after we had left and therefore had no way of printing them off as a back up.

It was a late kick off in Paris at 9.10pm and had spent all day looking around Paris using my phone for maps etc which ran the risk of my phone not having sufficient charge by kick off?

Also, I earlier was instructed to download an app for Stade De France which was pointless as the tickets never appeared in that App.

Unless tickets can be issued to me sooner so that I can print them off then I will not book them again in this way?

Easy to navigate the site, choose the seats and prices, reliable delivery of the tickets. All good.

I was nervous as we booked and paid for the 8 tickets back in June, tickets came thro 6 days before the match as per our booking so all perfect !

Everything came through and on time.

Overall experience was great, only little niggle is that the tickets are not released until a few days before the match.This is fine if you are in the UK, but a little concerning when you are in a foreign country.

Booked 18 tickets with everybody sitting together. Had to add additional tickets and change names on some of the tickets. Everything was done quickly and efficiently by very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Tickets arrived in plenty of time. Overall a five star experience, highly recommended.

I honestly was a bit afraid in general to buy a ticket via a reseller. The site gave me the trust very fast and the process of finding and buying the ticket was care free and fast. The fact I was sent to a ticketmaster location to receive and download the ticket was brilliant.

A simple way of accessing tickets, all completed without any fuss and a timely delivery of tickets through e-mail the week before the game. I can't praise the website any more than simply saying it was a piece of cake!
