Broken sofa , no dead lock on front door or bathroom, holes in walls. Fridge not working properly everything frozen. No blinds in the lounge windows. No live TV poor WIFI . Wires hanging out of the wall in a cupboard over a washing machine.
Apartment on fit for purpose. Complained to Booking. Com not helpful put the phone down on me 8 times. Lifestyle contacted equally unhelpful. Offered alternative accommodation at 01.30am 8.5 miles away. Photos of proof available. Left after one night and 3 hours sleep.

Amazing place, clean, tidy and modern - great location. Great information on how to check in provided in advance. Will use again.

Great appartment in a great location

It was as it appeared in the pictures, neat and tidy and quite niche.
Spare was great and well utilised.

It was private too and well located. Would highly recommend.

I had a great experience at the apartment complex, very clean and comfortable place

I stayed in a place managed by this company. It was the worst place on earth. The closet was full of huge laundry bags -no place to hang anything. The place was very old, smelly and filthy. No tv, no hangers in the bathroom. Just awful for 450 euros per day!!! And as a decor a filthy broken Christmas tree in the living room. This shows how neglected the place was!!! Stay away

We moved to the UK for employment and needed Temporary accommodation while we secured a permanent rental. We came across this place, cozy, warm and equipped with everything you will need for a short stay. Super easy check in process and helpful hosts!

Awful place - nothing like the photos! Booked for 10 nights but only stayed one as it was so disgusting. Livestay then agreed to give us a refund but wouldn't process it through booking.com

Its nothing looks like what you see in photos
Curtains not working, floor laminates all apart each other big gab skirting and floor you can see all dirts, coins etc. doors upstairs not working locks can’t open
Shower downstairs doors rusty metal, rusty towel heater, everything old and dirty under stairs pile of big laundry bags. Kitchen sink blocks and water coming under. Sofa one side collapsed and beds awful.
Not recommend at all. Not worth it.l can provide all the photos that verify what l wrote here

Well lavished, only small by American standards. It's so convenient to public transportation

House was great, ideal location.

Excellent Location for our Stay. Easy check in/out. Lovely additions like shampoo/conditioner, Everything was spotless and clean, Quiet side street location which is a blessing for London .
Comfortable bed and plenty of hot water and facilities were good I would book again.

I recently stayed in one of these accommodations and it was amazing me and my partner both enjoyed the size and how clean and tidy it was and how close local shops are and easy bus routes. I would definitely come back there again sometime.
