Tasty and nutritious
Tasty and nutritious. I got the carrots and butternut squash. Came quickly. Seems like fermented food is the stuff to eat to give your gut the right probiotics. So it’s great to find a supplier who provides fermented veggies as a tasty option.

Relief is food for health flexibility
The continued presence of arthritis made my mobility somewhat limited and decreased my regular walking into a spectacle of curiosity among friends . But Liv foods suddenly showed a reversal of the pain and mobility display of dis comfort . The pleasure is all mine and I do appreciate their two products . Keep it coming , please

Very tasty, with a nice crunch! The perfect degree of heat - a hint of chilli but not overpowering. I love it!

Delicious and healthy fermented veggies
Delicious and healthy butternut squash and carrots. Both are super tasty! I love them just like that as a snack but also as a side, they are great!
