I bought a vest and really loved it. I wore it a few times and it already started pilling within a month, so much it’s too ugly and poor to wear now. I reached out to customer service. They said that’s just the risk of this material and that there’s nothing they could do. They did not help me at all or tried to meet me halfway. Then I e-mailed again that it’s ridiculously poor quality because the vest was ugly within 1 month. They simply never replied back. Ridiculous amount of money on poor poor quality clothing & definitely not customer friendly. Will not buy here again and very disappointed.

Jasje gekocht bij dit bedrijf. Na 1 week begonnen er allemaal draadjes los te zitten en af te vallen niet bepaald de kwaliteit die je verwacht van een jasje van 80 euro. Toen ik kenbaar maakte aan de klantenservice dat de kwaliteit van het jasje niet goed was kreeg ik de opmerking dat de “draadjes eraf kon knippen”. Vervolgens meermaals een e-mail gestuurd met het feit dat ik niet tevreden was en dat ik antwoord wilde. Pas nadat ik heb gedreigd met het feit dat ik een slechte review achter zou laten kreeg ik te horen dat ik het jasje mocht retouren. Waardeloze oplossing, slechte kwaliteit en slechte klantenservice.

I order a table and it had a damage in the transportation. Not anything that Living In by Romy could be blamed. I was a little afraid whats next. A danish customer in a dutch shop.

But it is especially when the purchase does not go as expected that one can see what customer service a store has. And they have lived up to expectations with a fast and good 5 start service.
