We would like to say a huge thank you to George Foster, our fitter. The company should be extremely proud to have him on their team. He was very professional, kind and thorough in everything he did.
George took the time to explain everything that he was doing. We had our bath taken out and a new shower put in which looks amazing.

AHM installations removed the existing bath and fitted a new shower the engineer doing the work was mike his work was very good he kept us informed when the water would be turned off.
and he cleaned up every night
unfortunately the pump was faulty and had to be replaced

Dan Casey was amazing!!! He arrived early and worked so hard removing the bath and sink and replacing them with a walk in shower and new sink. He installed wet walls to finish the bathroom off to a great standard. His work is neat and professional

AHM Installations 

An Horrendous Mistake.

2 years ago decided to renovate my Disabled Wet Room, found an AD and called AHM. The salesman seemed okay. We can do that he said, the fitter said NO can't be done (or was that didn't want to do it.)
Work started a few problems found and rectified, happy with the work.
Then came the refit,
Porcelain Sink, opened the box corner broken.
Toilet unit, opened the box unit broken.
Sink unit, opened box unit broken.
Wall unit, opened the box, the unit had fallen apart.
New sink unit fitted, Galvanised Brackets Rusty, all fitted screws also rusty, (ordinary steel not Stainless, checked with magnet). Good quality Galvanising is good for about 80 years (I worked in structural Engineering).
New painted Brackets fitted, still monitoring.
The good news the new floor fitted by an independent tradesman is okay.
After about a month toilet soft close failed, new seat fitted, which also failed, Bought my own. Cupboard hinges Rusty, Cleaned up and lacquered myself, sink overflow chrome ring, chrome came off, bought a new one.

But the biggest problem was the smell, a damp and musty smell, along with black mould spots growing on the walls & floor. The toilet unit sides now splitting at the bottom (ingress of water). Email AHM sent photos NO reply. Called in a plumber who found that the toilet cistern when flushed sent some of the water out of the cistern and into the Unit wetting the floor and sides and had probably been doing that since it was fitted, the splits in unit sides were now larger, Email AHM NO reply.

Make up your own minds but I would advise caution to anyone looking at this company.

A complete new bathroom, old one gutted and new one fitted.
Philip came and mesured up and gave us his experience for the design along with the quote.
I didnt look elsewhere because it was a very fair price.
The fitter Antony came and did the work very nice guy and proffessional.
After 3 -4 days we noticed a couple of drips which is quite normal for a new refit. I called AHM who then sent out their top Man Jason to fix within 2 days.
I really recommend this company they are so honest, professional and helpful. My neighbour needs a new bathroom same and I am proud to show her our lovely new bathroom with a great shower and recommend them to AHM.
10/10 absolutely use this company and thank you so much for the lovely new bathroom and great shower.

Dean who installed my Wet room was polite and such a hard workerThe work was of a high standard and of a very high standard., the finished Wet room is wonderful, i am so happy i chose AHM. A big thankyou to Dean, Nicola and all the staff at AHM.

Just had a shower unit fitted by this company. It was to replace a 25 year old plastic 'Kubix' shower, that was falling to bits. From the very first chat with the sales lady at the Newham Village shopping centre sales unit, through to the finished, fitted shower, the service has been excellent. We are more than happy to recommend AHM installations.

I have had five star treatment since my first enquiry earlier this year. We live in an old cottage with sloping ceilings, crooked walls, and solid floors, so we knew it would not be a straightforward operation. The surveyor, Phil Musgrave, prepared very detailed plans, and these were modified with the help of Dan Farley as they were not entirely happy with the originals owing to the shape and size of the rooms. Dan Casey started the work, and finished it earlier than the estimated time scale, except for the screen for one shower, which was the wrong size. He came back and fitted the replacement screen last night, and I cannot speak too highly of the standard of his workmanship. He worked efficiently and fast, hardly stopping for a break, and every night he cleaned up so that there was a comfortable space for us to use. There was no disruption for my 96 year old husband, and Dan made sure that everything that had been moved was replaced. He really went above and beyond what was expected, and it was a pleasure to have such an excellent and pleasant workman in our house. Very many thanks to all concerned, not forgetting Michelle at Head Office.

Craig the surveyor visited to discuss removal of bath and toilet and refit walk in shower and comfort height toilet and explained everything. Wayne the plumbers work was outstanding, installing the excellent products, he was very friendly and could not have been more helpful, thank you.
Company communications service needs attention as we had to telephone them to obtain any information throughout the process.

From the initial visit by Alan surveying the task of removing bath and installing walk in shower (without any pressure to buy) to Barry the installation engineer who couldn't do enough for us, we definitely found the right firm to carry out our wishes and make life easier for us. I would strongly recommend AHM to meet your needs.

The work carried out was first class and the result was.more than we could have imagined we aŕ so happy with the result.

Bathroom update and resolution.
Just wanted to send in addition a further review to explain to any future customers how well our complaints were handled and resolved by AHM. I felt we were listened to, treated with respect and understanding. Problems were resolved and solutions found. I am very pleased to report that my mother and father now has a wonderful functioning shower room. Bearing this in mind I would be pleased to recommend this company

Wayne, the bathroom fitter, was brilliant. He informed us what to expect, all the way through the installation and he has done an amazing job. The wetroom now looks amazing and is functional for all of the family, even the family members with mobility issues. We would definitely recommend AHM Installations to anyone that needs a new bathroom.

Can't praise Ben the fitter high enough. Polite and professional and the completed shower unit looks excellent. I had bought a portaloo as I thought I might have been without toilet facilities but it wasn't needed over the 5 days of the bathroom renovation. Big thanks to Ben who had to contend with many local roads being closed . Recommended.

Staff at AHM from inception to completion were excellent. For health reasons we needed to convert a conventional bathroom into a wet room and this work was carried out by our installer Barry who was very personable, knowledgeable, friendly and competent and completed the project slightly ahead of schedule and to our complete satisfaction. He was also very tidy clearing up after each day. The price we thought seemed competitive and we would recommend this company unreservedly.

The standard of planning, communication, attention to detail and work has been excellent from the initial survey to completion. Paul and Warren quickly found solutions to initial difficulties found on day one of the fitting which has led to a really great wet room.

Great Mobility Bathroom fitting experience. Dan Casey fitted our new bathroom and he did a really amazing job. He was very helpful and clean. We would highly recommend him as a fitter, he did the job brilliantly. Thank you!
