I highly, HIGHLY recommend this company.

They are very diligent, professional and treat you as an individual.

Peter Andrews the surveyor has an eye for detail but a diplomacy towards yours needs. Very friendly but professional and follows through meticulously.

Dan Casey fitted the bathroom. He had traveled from Nottingham (I asked him), a 3 hour drive. Up at 4 am arrived at 8 am and worked solidly until around 5:30 to 5:45. He came back at 8 the following morning and finished just before 5.
He did a great clean up and I was guided by his intuition as to how best to address certain issues he found and couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Tomorrow the Electrician will arrive to bring the lighting up to code and address the vent.

In view of the personnel involved in my new bathroom that I’ve met so far, I have no doubt the electrician will be of the same high standard of workmanship.

AHM - you can believe their good credentials - I will vouch for that any time.

UPDATE: Electrician (Mike Loveridge) arrived at the time informed. Very professional but friendly and approachable; advised on fixtures and worked diligently to completion. Very pleased with his efficiency, explanations and final work. Thank you Mike.

Removal of materials was advised as to arrival, and kept informed- and everything cleared away. Did not meet the clean-up team as I was out, but a big Thank You to them too. Good job!

Once again, we must thank AHM and Dale for the super further work done to our bathroom. As before, Dale paid attention to detail, was very hard-working and didn’t moan when things got rather fiddly and difficult. He was always pleasant, respected everywhere and tidied up each day.

It was great from start to finish. They sent someone to assess our current bathroom and find out what we needed. They sent a plan and quote that was easy to understand. We could contact them easily on the phone to ask questions. They booked us in and turned up on time. The fitter, Dan, was top class, the finish is excellent. He even cleaned and tidied everything as he worked. We are delighted with our new bathroom and it has made our lives much easier.

The company responded promptly to my enquiry and provided a professional proposal and quotation within a few days. Bathroom installation was carried out to a high standard, but unfortunately due to a measurement error was not satisfactory. The company very quickly investigated and agreed the necessary re-work without argument, and the end result is excellent.

Ordered a wet room on 24/05/24. A big mistake going to ahm. Wet room finished 14/02/25 8.5 months later. Found this company unreliable, lacking in public relations and commitment. They sent a contractor initially whose workmanship and finishing techniques left alot to be desired. I would like to point out that if the pipework in the loft had been done correctly in the first place then the final radiator issue would not have occurred and it was part of the installation. I paid a lot of money for a bathroom that gives me no pleasure. Think twice before signing on the dotted line.

We had a fitter named Dale and he was excellent. He respected our property, he was polite and did an excellent job.The bathroom was renovated to a very high standard. I would recommend this company.

Dan Casey replaced my bath with a walk-in shower, removed my old shower and fitted shelves, and made good.

We needed to change our shower room to a wet room and decided to use Ahm to carry out the work. Dale carried out the work to a very high standard and with very little disturbance to us. He treated our property with respect and kept us informed daily on progress and timetable. The finish was superb and we are delighted with the end result.

AHM were a truly professional company from start to finish; surveyors, fitters, operations and customer services staff. Cannot recommend highly enough

AHM replaced a standard shower cubicle with an easy access walk-in shower in a very small en-suite, which presented difficulties because of space. Other firms had rejected the job as too difficult. The AHM surveyor, Peter, took time to come up with a design solution, and the fitter, Michael carried out the work, tackling the difficulties that arose. He worked carefully and the finished product is exactly what was wanted. Efforts were made to keep mess to a minimum and all the waste was removed on completion. The work is completed less than 3 weeks from the initial survey visit. I would have given 5 stars except that the original fitter let us down on the first day without warning, meaning the work started late and finished later than intended, but overall a very creditable job, thank you.

from Alan the surveyor who was so helpful choosing the right bath wall panels and flooring not pushing at all seemed to know what we needed. Alan our fitter was brilliant so meticulous talked us through every stage and made sure everything was what we wanted .

From the surveyor through to the office staff and Adrian our fitter this firm were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and would answer any questions asked. Adrian kept everything as tidy as possible while working and the firm had organized for the large rubbish sack to be removed within days of completion . Having the shower unit instead of the old bath has made our lives so much easier, Cathy Walker

We are absolutely thrilled with our new bathroom and toilet. The initial visit from Alan was most helpful as he listened to our ideas and made several suggestions as to how they could be improved. Three weeks later and with excellent communication about the start time, Dale our installer arrived and I have to say we consider ourselves very fortunate. He was so hardworking and meticulous we couldn't have wished for better. His attention to detail was clear to see when the installation was complete. At the end of each day, he asked us if we were happy with the progress. We were. Dale was easy to talk to and always cheerful.
I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending AHM.

Things werent quite right at the start. A quick phone call to the office and things were put on track thanks to the good support from David at the office. Our plumber arrived on time and worked through without a break. He kept us updated throught out the fitting of our wet-room. Very happy with the out come and all the old bathroom was taken away the very next day. whish to say thank you too plumer Wayne and AHM Installations thank you so much.

Dean the fitter was fantastic and friendly. I felt like he went the extra mile to leave a good looking and brilliantly functional wet room. The Lino fitter was great too, super efficient and expert (sorry, didn’t catch his name).

A walking shower for my partner was completed expertly. An initial problem was sorted with speed and no inconvenience to her. Special mention for the fitter Dave who did an expert job with the minimum of fuss and seemed to take great pride in his work An enjoyable experience from this company and highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship. We were consulted on each stage as the installation progressed. Nothing was too much trouble.

We had our bath taken out to be replaced with a walk in shower, it was fitted by Michael who did a fantastic job. I also want to thank all the AHM Installation team for always keeping in contact with us from start to finish. We would highly recommend this company.
