Lixis Us レビュー

The stainless steel Frying Pan they sell is not fit for purpose. It has burnt everything I have tried to cook. This is not a non stick pan and its a rip off for the price. Steer clear of this brand and the false marketing

This company and its pans are a scam. I luckily bought their pan with a credit card and the card company rapidly refunded me the cost of the pan. The 'review' websites you'll sometimes see with videos of this pan cooking beautiful steaks and fish fillets are AI generated. Two months after I initially wrote to Lixis, I got an email from them threatening to ruin my credit rating unless I returned the pan. (Good luck with that one) I said I would happily return it if I didn't have to pay postage. They have yet to send me a return address.
Note that I bought a pan from lixis-uk.com but this and lixis-us.com are two cheeks of the same posterior.

Pan arrived damaged and missing parts. Customer service is AI generated. Expensive to return and no guarantee that they will pay any refund. Avoid!!

Pan eventually received shipped from China despite promotion as a U.K. company with item in stock. Pan was a cheap non-branded Chinese item bearing little if any of the qualities promoted on the Lixis sale website. Lixis claimed to accept return, but argued for various charges for restocking and shipment, meaning eventual refund would be a small fraction of the price paid for the pan. I took this up as a scam purchase with my bank and only then did Lixis send a full refund. Buyers beware!

The pan is dreadful as others have stated. It is cheap garbage from China that has absolutely no non-stick performance. Used twice and both times everything sticks to the pan immediately. The UK website claims fantastic reviews but interestingly you are unable to read them or add to them. Complete waste of money.

AVOID this pan 💯
As the previous review states, this pan is useless and probably £20s worth.

Do not buy this rubbish.

Tried to return still have no refund.

Also you cannot leave a review on their site, very frustrating!!!!!

Get a hexclad.

First this overpriced pan is made in China and takes weeks to get. I seasoned this pan according to their website. It sticks horrible. I contacted them and followed their instructions to wipe clean the seasoning and reseason. Still sticking bad. Even greasy bacon sticks. The pan discolored inside and on bottom. Customer service wanted me to pay to return this pan or take a 10 percent refund. After going back and forth they offered 15 percent. The pan is advertised as being able to cook up to temperature of 1,112 f degrees. I sent pictures of the stuck on food and discoloration and was told that I wasn't using proper temperature control on their professional grade pan. This company is a joke. Don't waste your hard earn money on Chinese garbage.
