Absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order worth approximately €200 and never received the product. After multiple attempts to contact the company, I was completely ignored — no response, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the issue.
This is extremely unprofessional and has left me with the clear impression that this company cannot be trusted. Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to stay away. A company that takes payment and then refuses to communicate with its customers is not one I would ever recommend.

Absolute scam . Placed order and was given a fake tracking number . Then was told I has to wait 3 weeks to aply for a correction and again given another fake tracking number .

I have ordered from this website, which imitates the original Lizard Labs website. You can make a DOMAIN WHO IS search and see. This domain name has registered recently (2023) I wish I had done this research before sending money!

I was intended to shop at retail, but with very convincing words on email, saying that they were only selling in bulk, I have sent 1351 Euros then I did not received any reply or tracking numbers

The "lizardlabs.nl" website is even warning about other fake websites, but they are also a SCAM.

Do your own research before buying if you don't want to lose money. After some research, I have found the actual sale channel of Lizard Labs: LIZARDLABSRETAIL.COM and placed very small test order that costs me 55 Euros and my order arrived without any problem.

Great products, great customer support.

Do not confuse with lizardlabsretail.com which is a phishing scam website imitating the original one.
