Hi Michael all emails were answered professionally even though you had emailed with numerous threats after the courier lost your parcel. You also received a refund after the 10 business days when a parcel is deemed lost which is all stated in the policy. As a fellow business owner you should know policies are there to protect businesses. No replacement were offered as your custom was no longer welcome as we take threats seriously
