Worse experience- avoid at all costs. Lauren youâre a mean girl.
Booked my treatment and consultation at 2:50. I rang at 2:45 to let them know Iâm running late. The receptionist said if I arrive at 3:05 they will reject my treatment as they have another booking at 3:30. My slot was a 45 min slot. Question: how did they intend do complete a consult consultation and treatment within 45 minutes? Anyway I said Iâll be 5 mins late max. At 2:55 Iâve walked in and immediately was told the treatment would not be happening today. I stayed quite and thought Iâd raise the concerns in my Consultation. Lauren is who did my consultation and took me into a little room and asked how my day was. I replied and said honestly Iâm a little annoyed Iâve taken 2 hours off work to get this treatment done and Iâm 5 mins late and youâve rejected my treatement, I canât even book an appointment after 5 as you donât offer any. To which Lauren corrected me stating Iâm 10 mins late. I corrected Lauren politely saying no I was 5 mins late, (they made me fill out 2 forms which I already filled out online which is why it was 3:05 by the time we got into the room) keep in mind, my appointment was at 2:50 bang on. They never advised me to come 15 mins in advance to fill out paper work or to complete the consultation. As I corrected Lauren, I asked what the refund process is, which to my surprise Lauren threatened me and said if I continue raising my voice she would cancel the consultation. Now I can assure you, if I was raising my voice the customers waiting outside wouldâve heard but in fact I was speaking calmly and with respect. Not an ounce of my voice was raised. I promise. She stereotyped me as Iâm a brown young girl. I corrected Lauren stating Iâve not raised my voice and asked for the refund process as I would not continue like this. She walked me out and handed me a car and said goodbye. She did not talk me through the process, simply handed me a car and turned her back. I returned home in tears. Iâve been saving up for this laser treatment for so long, my friends can vouch for me when I say I was literally jumping the night before in excitement and truly canât believe I returned home in tears. Do staff not know the basic principles of customer service? Iâm paying for my service and mind you, itâs not cheap but ontop of that, you as consultants are being paid to work. So why are you so unhappy and mean? The second you walk into the store youâre met with a bunch of mean girls. Not a single smile, not a single hello. Just straight unhappy faces. If youâre unhappy working there⊠please donât? People are using their hard earnt money to attend these appointments and youâre simply not doing a good enough job at making your customers feel safe.
