I have had the pleasure of business negotiations with LLoyd for several years. With a many years experience in the hospitality arena, card merchants are quick to show flashy rates with tangled fees and very little contact.
However - with Lloyd he is alongside you throughout all set up, transactions and provides platforms that work in line with business agenda. His fees are as transparent as his warm nature and unmatched professionalism.

Even if the fees were to be slashed by an aggressive competitor, I would be hard pushed to want to part with a strong and reliable representative.

Highly recommend LCC, they’ve really helped my business with various solutions. Merchant services (card machines), e-commerce, Resturant table bookings software and merchant cash advance. Lloyd is very helpful, friendly and honest, really is a pleasure to deal with.

Where to begin, the whole process was perfect from start to finish. The initial meeting to discuss what was best for our business was very clear, concise and informative. The switchover process was seamless, and installation and setup was a breeze. We were kept in the loop at every stage of the process and everything was completed ahead of our schedule. I highly recommend to anybody and everybody, simply fantastic.

Great to work with Lloyd getting a card machine sorted. Was set up with Worldpay on some really expensive rates on 5 days till the money landed in the bank account. Now getting sales in the bank account next day and saving on fees. I love the white card machine it's so sleek!

Lloyd was so helpful from the very start explaining everything clearly before we signed through to the installation of the pdq machines. The card machines are simple to use and the online portal/app is so easy to use and you can keep track of all payments/transfers very easily. No more pci scans and lengthy questionnaires. I would definitely recommend.

Called Lloyd as we was changing the way we took payment. He came to see us and explained everything and demonstrated how to use the machines. We got a really good rate and had the machines delivered on a day that we wanted!

Friendly, Fast, Professional Service! Initially I roll my eyes when I have a ‘sales call’ or a card merchant sales person entering my store but for some reason I felt compelled to listen to Lloyd and I’m glad I did! He saved me over 40% on my current provider which I was shocked and their terminals / app is above and beyond anything I have seen or used previously. I can track sales taken via the card machine through the app allowing me to see how my staff are performing through out the day, next day money in the account for ease of cash flow and, if I have any issues Lloyd is on the end of the phone when I need him, which isn’t a lot! All in all I would highly recommend Lloyd and the Dojo merchant service, I have recommended to a lot of my business friends who now use Lloyds services and they are so glad they made the change.
