Big saving car insurance with Lloyds
Got a renewal letter from my previous insurance company (Tesco) and it was more expensive than the current year. Looked on a comparison site and found that Lloyds Gold Level was nearly £200 cheaper. What a result plus the bonus of them giving 20+ years NCD where Tesco only give 9 years even though I have been driving 55 years without a claim.

Good old fashioned human to human approach
The Customer Service team who advised me before buying the policy were extremely helpful, thank you so much for answering all my questions and give me the confidence that the cover is exactly as I was planning to.

I have written this bank multiple times…
I have written this bank multiple times to tell them they are sending information to the WRONG EMAIL. I am getting personal financial information that is NOT MINE. Their client used the wrong email and I CONTINUE to get this person's banking correspondence. POOR SERVICE!!!!!
