From ordering on line, to the delivery, Matthew kept me informed at every stage. The ring that I purchased for my wife, as a present for our Ruby wedding anniversary, is simply stunning. Thank you Matthew and everyone at Lloyd's family jewellers for putting a huge smile on my wife's face, and a gorgeous ring on her finger. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Loved my necklace but I feel the chain is very poor quality - broke after two months
Advised I could return at my own cost for it to be checked for manufacturers fault but prob just wear and tear 😢

Ordered a pendant online, received email the next day from Matthew advising that it was out of stock. Options given.. either different pendant or could have new one made. Opted for having one made, given realistic lead time and informed when dispatched. Item arrived safely and looks v nice.

My wife lost her eternity ring it had been in her posetion for over forty five years and we had been looking for a replacement ring over the past month. After looking on the internet we found that Lloyds family jewellers had a exstencive selection so when I looked up there reviews I was pleased to see that they were given a very positive review.I was able to place an order very easily and I was pleased to receive a email confirming my order along with the contact details and was able to talk to the sales manager Matthew he was very helpful in giving me assistance with the delivery process the ring came three days later Matthew kept me informed and my wife was very happy with the ring.I would like to say a big thank you to Matthew for his help and the way he treated me.

I found a beautiful emerald ring on the website after searching for ages for one I really loved, and this one was perfect. Even better, it was in the January sale. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, but Matthew was incredibly helpful, he guided me through choosing the correct size and arranged the replacement with no fuss at all. The ring arrived the next day, beautifully packaged, and looks exactly like the images online. The whole experience felt very high-end from start to finish, and the customer service was genuinely excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this jeweller again…. And the emerald / diamonds came with a certificate of authenticity! Will be back.

Purchased a new ring for my partner after quoting the size she told me which was required only to find Matthew sent me a message suggesting it may be smaller than the size quoted. when the ring arrived it was a perfect fit so well done Matthew you were correct.

Was looking for something unique for my wifes birthday coming up. I was hunting for a natural emerald and natural diamond eternity ring and came across Lloyds.

Had a really good chat with one of the employees there over the phone and he spent the time answering every question I had about origin, type, quality and what I should look out for when buying emeralds.

Ordered the ring and recieved it a few days later well packaged and presented in a box.

Great item at a very good price .Arrived in very good and secure packaging. Excellent communication from Lloyd's throughout purchase The item itself was in excellent Lloyd's FJ designed box including a very impressive certificate of value - quite rare nowadays, normally have to pay extra. The lovely locket is in a protective plastic covering which I have not removed as item is Xmas present for wife ,which I am sure she will love along with Lloyd's designer packaging. All in all a great experience and I thoroughly reccomend Lloyd's as a first stop for purchases
