I bought something on Sunday for 50 € and so far I have received nothing except a few excuses.

Terrible support.
Firstly I wait 2 days for an answer that never came, and then I just gave up and said my ticket should be since I was urging for a faster delivery method, but if they reply in 7 days what can I expect for the shipping.
Instead to hear a "sorry for the inconvenience" or smth like that, I get hit with "ooh great".
You can tell that they have no clue how a costumer support should interact. They probably choose for support some kids that never had a day of supporting in their life.
At least use chatgpt if u are not able to give a proper answer.

My experience with L-Market has been highly disappointing and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I purchased a product that was advertised as available, only to find out afterward that it was completely non-functional due to being in an “update” state. This critical information was not clearly communicated prior to payment.

A seller has an obligation to ensure that a listed product is functional or, at the very least, clearly marked as unavailable. Instead, L-Market continues to sell items that do not work and then shifts the blame onto the customer for purchasing them. This is not transparency — it is a failure of responsibility.

Support repeatedly dismissed the issue and refused to acknowledge that the product did not work. Rather than offering a refund or a practical solution, they insisted the fault was mine, even though the product was sold in an unusable condition. Professional support does not ignore legitimate concerns or try to silence customers who report problems.

Here are the facts:
• The product I purchased did not function at all.
• The issue was not resolved despite multiple attempts.
• A refund was refused, even though the product was unusable.
• The support team’s behavior was unprofessional, defensive, and dismissive.

In my view, this is not how a trustworthy or customer-focused service operates.
I strongly urge potential buyers to exercise caution and thoroughly research their purchase before engaging with this platform.

i bought the product memesense for 2 weeks subscrption and i got everything recipt activation code, but then when i try to enter the key it self it says its already used. i mailed them yesterday and got no responese at all

So I bought firmware on 8/27/25 and decided to get a refund because it didn’t support what I wanted. I then opened a ticket and they acknowledged me at first but haven’t given me my refund and it’s been almost 3 weeks since.

I purchased a 30-day product on July 30, 2025. After purchasing, I reviewed the installation instructions and discovered some elements that could compromise my security.

I've used similar applications before, and they didn't include such instructions.

To use the application, they require you to disable the TPM in your computer's BIOS and disable Secure Boot.

Previous applications required simply disabling the Firewall and Windows Defender.

Disabling the TPM and Secure Boot in the BIOS creates a serious security vulnerability and is one of the most common methods used by identity thieves.

I refused to use what I purchased; I never downloaded or even ran it. Therefore, I wanted to return it.

However, there's no place to open a support ticket, the Discord servers are inactive, there's no online support team, no one to process returns, and no one to even answer my questions.

Even their own discord server is restricted, so never buy anything from this site.
