The service was excellent with a very efficient customer service person - she was very knowledgeable, helped us to identify what we were looking for online and quickly helped us to process our order. Within 30 minutes of arriving we had ordered 2 rugs for delivery and started lining up ideas for cushions for our new sofa. A very speedy and pleasant experience on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

The woman who helped us was very…
The woman who helped us was very helpful (even assisting us after closure) - some of the other staff members didn’t seem to want to help us at all and not all of the models we wanted to try were available across the Battersea and Islington stores we visited. Overall though, we had a good experience.

Huge shout-out to the Battersea Loaf team - especially Tiegan, Anna, and Seven. My partner and I have bought a sofa, armchair, rug, footstool and sofabed from Loaf now, and every shopping experience is delightful.
The team is expertly knowledgable on not just their own product range, but how things will look and feel in your home - from advising on sizing of furniture, to patterns and colors depending on your scheme - they're brilliant.
The team also goes above and beyond when solving problems - on both occasions we had a bit of a hiccup with payment; first being a larger order and the team was flexible in spllitting this up so we could use Klarna to pay in multiple installments - making it a lot easier for us to afford. Most recently we had issues with Klarna and Paypal again, and Tiegan was an absolute star - even though the issue wasn't resolved, her communication, effort, and transparency were very appreciated.
If you're thinking about purchasing from Loaf but have any hesitations, go to their shop. You'll realise why so many people are life-time loafers.
P.s., bring back the bear!

Truly the worst customer service I've…
Truly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After it taking 5 weeks and 30+calls and emails to change an original delivery address my bed then showed up faulty. Its taken another 20ish calls/emails to arrange the replacement athe is no escalation team and seems like the 'brand ambassadors' who you speak to have absolutely zero influence/ability to deliver what should be a very basic task. I will never purchase from Load again and would advise anyone else to shop elsewhere.

Very helpful
We’ve spent good two hours choosing a sofa and an armchair. We were served by the very knowledgeable and helpful Tia who was not pushy at all, and made the ordering process very easy. We wanted to order an extra scatter cushion and a customer assistant, Ceris, has arranged that for us (despite some internal complexities) and kept us updated on a a daily basis. The ordering process has been extremely smooth and we look forward to our items being delivered!

Great sofas, welcoming store, helpful staff
We had a good couple of hours here, looking to choose a new sofa. The store was very welcoming - the bowls of snacks, and cinema room for small children, were clever touches. We were served by Tia, who was super-helpful, full of information and advice, and helped us choose the best fabric and colour too. Much appreciated!

We were welcomed by Tiegan who was really helpful, very knowledgeable and not remotely pushy.
It took us nearly two hours but we bought a sofa bed and left the store happy with our decision.
Nice layout, plenty to see and compare and the fabric and paint samples helped us choose a brilliant colour velvet. Thanks Tiegan. 🙂

The initial visit to the store was…
The initial visit to the store was pleasant and efficient.
Unfortunately when we decided to amend our order a few days later - within the two weeks period - the experience was not so positive. The amendments were reported to Customer services on 6th October and we were told that we will receive the confirmation and refund in 3 days time. But 5 days later we still have not heard from them and no explanation for the delay was given. We have complained twice to the customer services but to no effect.

Great showroom to visit with kids
I came with my 7 year old son who was happily occupied whilst I could discuss my colour choices with the helpful sales assistant. Tia was lovely and helpful. As my son watched a movie, played chess and ate snacks I was able to complete a sofa purchase. Thank you loaf team, what lovely thought out space welcoming to families. My son wants to go back next weekend 😂
