The staff in the Edinburgh store were fantastic! They welcomed us into the store and then left us to check out our shortlist of sofas. After a while when they could see we were choosing fabrics, they came to our aid and gave great advice. We have 2 sofas ordered and looking forward to having them for Christmas. Thank you

The lady ( Wendy) took a lot of time to help choose colours and rugs and nothing was any trouble at all. Extremely cheery and helpful, not pushy and I felt quite happy to take my time deciding.

Stressfree experience purchasing sofas
Staff attentive and helpful, but not pushy.
Helpful to see the products in real life.
Product sheets really clear, and having both large and small samples of fabric ensured that one could see the colours as they would be in situ.
The fact that you can return your purchases if they do not suit up to 14 days after they are delivered is an unlooked for bonus.

Great showroom service
We have visited the showroom a couple of times now, our most recent visit was to make final decisions on style colour and purchase. Sam was very professional and helpful with our questions and any items we wanted to view they didn’t have in the showroom he took the time to show us them in the website in 360 visual so we could get a good idea.
I was very happy with the service I received and the ordering process in store was straightforward and easy. Again sam took the time to explain all the different elements - insurance, delivery, pick up of existing sofa etc.
I look forward to receiving my sofas in November and hope the delivery process is as seamless and straightforward as the service received in store

Patient, considered and fun
Incredibly patient staff. Interested and supportive. No rush. It has to be right for us and a full understanding of that. A bit of humour along the way helped. We were remembered on the second visit and Nikki (in training at the time) was fab.

I visited and bought two sofas from…
I visited and bought two sofas from Loaf Edinburgh. Very nice shop environment and experience, and helpful staff on my several visits. However I have to reduce the number of stars as I’m so disappointed to have been hit with a £95 delivery fee upon paying. I think when customers are spending upwards of £4,000, this fee should be absorbed into the product price.
I’m looking forward to receiving my sofas in about 5-7 weeks’ time now and hope that all goes smoothly for the expense of it. I would dispense with the in-store toffees and bottles of water for prospective customers and re-direct some of that cash into (paying) customer satisfaction.

All good so far . Staff in store were friendly and helpful not too pushy . Website was also helpful . As I looked online for what I wanted then went to see it instore so I was sure it was right. Hopefully the rest of the order will go as smoothly

Excellent customer service. The experience was fantastic the team couldn't have been more helpful.

Only slight disappointment for me is the amount Loaf charges for delivery considering you have already paid alot of money for an item , in my case an extra large sofa.

Really friendly staff who weren't pushy…
Really friendly staff who weren't pushy and happy for me to browse on several occassions until I took the plunge and ordered my new bed. Really important to physically be able to see and touch furniture rather just buying online.Show room is lovely as bright, spacious with a wide range of products. Now to save up for my accent chair and sofa.

Great experience so far. Went to the Loaf showroom in Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful with picking colours and fabrics. Not pushy at all which was nice. Ordered the sofas online as I didn't have my credit card with me. Just waiting for updates on delivery.
