Tia spent a lot of time showing us sofas to our specifications. She knows the range very well, so was able to answer all our questions off the cuff. She could not have been more helpful.
Later, we did have some annoying problems setting up the finance plan, but that was a glitch in the finance provider's software, not Loaf's.

Sadiqa was excellent
Sadiqa was excellent - very approachable and easy to talk to. She really helped us choose a beautiful olive wodge and I'm so excited to get it home! She even called back when I requested her help and honestly, has been the best person to deal with at Loaf. I had some not great experiences with other staff so I'm glad she was there!

My order has run into some sort of IT/delivery problem
The purchase of the sofa went perfectly until the collection of my old sofa needed to be added to the order. Sadly, its still not sorted and I’ve been left very puzzled why either an IT glitch or delivery firm problem can’t be sorted quickly.

3 weeks delay, little notice , do not buy !
We bought a couch which should have taken 10-12 weeks to arrive. They obviously pushed it to 12 weeks which is definitely within their right. However they moved the delivery date twice! Moving it by 3 weeks! It was the delivery company not even them who contacted us,
We booked a parking suspension for smooth delivery which won't be used,
My parents and friends are coming to visit and there is no couch,
Completely unacceptable

Helpful Team At Notting Hill
We visited the store in Notting Hill twice before making our selection. Both times the staff was very friendly and helpful and describing the features and different colour options and fabric options and they also helped talk about sizing and how to make sure it would fit upon delivery.

Was easy to order online/would have liked more help in shop
Was easy to order online
Went to Notting Hill branch on 22/2/26 Was a bit disappointed that none of 3 assistants were helpful- they stayed behind desk and didn’t ask if I needed help. When asked questions they gave short answers and didn’t show much interest. I had previously been to Guildford shop and had more help.
