We visited your Wilmslow branch
We visited your Wilmslow branch, very impressed.
The door was held open on arrival and we were greeted with a mince pie and glass of fizz , great start.
The staff were warm and friendly and didn't badger us like what happens in so many furniture shops. We were left to explore the shop on our own and help was offered when we needed it.
We ended up buying our dream sofa, the Smithy even sided corner, and left feeling we had a great experience all round.
Unfortunately I didn't manage to get the names of the staff on shift but all are a credit to your company.

We ordered 2 sofas and other items…
We ordered 2 sofas and other items prior to the ‘order before midnight and have your new sofa before Christmas’.
We were eventually emailed last Friday with a link to book a delivery date. We followed the link the same day S it was sent. The earliest delivery date was 29th december.
Loaf have falsely advertised / promised something they clearly can’t deliver.
Would not recommend trusting any of these promotions that they advertise.
We’ve booked a delivery date for early January now, as we didn’t want to end up without a sofa over Christmas as we obviously need to arrange to get our old one removed before the new one can arrive.

Fabulous experience
Fabulous experience—from visiting the Loaf Shack in Wilmslow to view sofas to having our two sofas delivered. We are really impressed with the service we received and the quality of the sofas. We will definitely be purchasing more from Loaf.

Like the table. I was treated well whilst in the shop. My only complaint is that it was left
downstairs (I live in an apartment) and I did have trouble getting it up to my apartment. Also the packaging although very good made disposal difficult.

Does not send refunds and ignores messages
This company does not send out refunds. Returned my cushion months ago and only received one reply so far saying they were busy. Definitely the most unprofessional company I've ever used!

My wife & I bought a large sofa from…
My wife & I bought a large sofa from Loaf back in August. After a lengthy delay the day of delivery arrived. Loaf use a courier service called Wincanton who's delivery drivers were terrible, rude and obnoxious, they refused to deliver our sofa into our house and took it away. I contacted Loaf and was dealt with by a fantastically helpful guy called Addison who couldn't do enough to get the matter sort. Eventually Loaf's own delivery team, John & Damien delivered our sofa without a problem.
Needless to say I would never recommend Wincanton to anyone.

Broken table
Item arrived broken and returned with courier. Waited for call from Loaf but didn’t get one. Sent enquiry in and they said they would replace or refund. Opted for replacement. Nothing happened so had to call again. Hopefully now sorted. The end advisor was helpful and apologised saying there was a backlog. Not what you would expect. So slightly disappointed in Loaf on this occasion.

Staff at Wilmslow Branch are Wonderful
Can’t speak for delivery or the sofa yet but I will say the service we received in store at the Wilmslow branch was fantastic. Choi helped us and was absolutely amazing, super friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. Let’s hope the delivery and sofa lives up to the standard the wonderful staff at Wilmslow have set :)
