Alfredo Lopez was most patient, courteous, and very efficient in putting this loan together. He clearly guided me through my "non-technical" skills and made the process easy and understandable. I appreciate his kindness and friendliness! Alfredo did indeed bless my day!

Even though at times, needing cash and things have been tough, usually most of the customer service reps really don't have a lot of sympathy. Don was patient and led me thru the process with as little stress as possible. It's natural that the interest rate is high, but be adult folks. If everything was perfect, you'd go to your local bank and get the rate you need. I would recommend them and Don as well.

New account service was efficient and went very well so far hope the things continue this way.

Great. I had the distinct pleasure of communicating with Genevieve Ngo and as a result, she became my agent. She walked me through the process over the phone and guided me to success: everything was processed promptly and in real time. Money wired in minutes, no hassles. And Genevieve’s communication style feels very personal, like being guided by a family member or friend. It was a smooth, reliable process (with favorable loan terms; much better than the HELOC option i was considering). And to think, I stumbled upon LoanMe accidentally. I am so thankful and looking forward to continuing my relationship with the LoanMe staff in the future for all my future loan needs. If needed 😃. The only thing that was frustrated is they won't allow PDF files regarding documents so alot of my mail is paperless. They was requesting mail that you have to opened within 30 days. I was told by the Customer Service rep that it was their process, but otherwise the process was fast and the Customer Service rep provided excellent customer service, very professional, and very informative. He took time explaining the process. I would use LoanMe again and recommend LoanMe to friends and family. Thank you LoanMe for providing the loan.

Don was a great loan officer. The company is very thorough when they are processing their loan. Great and honest customer service. For people with bad credit this is an option.

I recently reached out to loanme to obtain a small personal loan. While I was not able to obtain the entire amount I desired, I was able to reach an agreement that worked out pretty well for me. I honestly can't think of a time when I've encountered better customer service. I was set up with Mimi,and while the process is pretty thorough and at times slightly challenging, Mimi was there every step of the way to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. From the initial consultation, to calling to confirm that the money had indeed reached my account, I could not have been more pleased with her dedication. All in all the process was less than 24 hrs and I would recommend to anyone in need of a little help.
