Too many delays
Too many delays, always had to phone back to see what results were. This was right from the starting of application on Friday 22 August, finally approved on 26/08/25 and still have to wait for funds to be deposited. Not Very quick and efficient.

Felt really supported from start to finish
The whole process was quick, simple, and stress-free. Everything was clearly explained and I felt supported throughout. Oliver was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated how smooth the application was from start to finish.
