I highly recommend Local Builder. Great team that works well with me and keeps me organized. Very accommodating to my specific needs. Very professional company. Great communication and insight. Highly recommend working with Christie and Yousef. Have zoom meetings with Christie every week with great insights and knowledge and keys for better sales. She’s my cheerleader. Yousef handles all my scheduleing between the customers and myself. He is on it and the best. They both do a great job and best at what they do. Cant recommend them enough. Makes my life much easier and more organized. It’s like having my own personal team that keeps me very focused, busy and to achieve better results and sales for our company. Can’t recommend them enough for anyone who is interested in having the best of the best working for them with marketing and scheduling and more. You won’t be disappointed to move forward with them.

I've worked with Appointx for 4 months and I got nothing but great things to say about them. I have so far gotten 9 jobs from them, 3 being in the last 30 days.

I used to work with Angies before, It worked but I got a bunch of junk leads. They said they'll be different, and they were right.

Would recommend for anyone with the budget to do something like this

Local builder never kept in the dark

As known by now when working with companies like this, things are not clear, results are mid at best and they have no care for the customer

I would say this: For me and my company, Local Builder, the meeting with them, the experience I had so far, their honesty, their ethics, their organization, their high level of use of technology like A.I., and dedicated apps, their performance of people using it adequately, their capacity on scaling performance, their pursuit of excellence, and the follow up of all scheduled meetings fully exclusive and tailored to our needs like predefined scope of works, selected prospect areas, agreed distances, and last but not least, their briefing to each of our prospects on the unrivalled qualities of my company opening the path of a smooth transition from their phone call to my meeting at the jobsite, and their selective pre-qualification of each prospect before the selection of any of my meetings, makes this company for me a real ferry tail and an unbelievable partner in my company that has the same value than 15 extra employees I would have hired for marketing purpose. It is simply unbelievable! I am saying this with all my soul and my honest person to any one who read this. This is absolutely nothing to do with those other lead companies that offer leads without working on them, by selling it to more than dozens at the time and make you believing that they are rated number one by fake rating companies paid to obey to their own needs.
