Son unos estafadores, te dicen que lo pruebes por 0,50 y te cobran una subscripción que en ningún momento te informan.

Es UNA ESTAFA
te piden los datos de la tarjeta de crédito y luego no puedes cancelar la suscripción, da error, no te reconoce el mail registrado...

Es una estafa!!!! Nunca pagais por esto te van a cobrar 50€ y no vas a localizar un mobil oerdido pirque lo unico que hace es mandar un mensaje al mobil perdido y si nadie puede leer ese mensaje no hay localización 😵‍💫

SCAM.
Stay away from them. First of all they can't locate the lost mobile at all and also cunningly cheat users and automatically subscribe for monthly membership costing 24 pounds and 90 pence.
They didn't even bother to send a letter, text message or even email confirmation.

I paid for a trial and cancelled. One year later a payment was taken without notice or confirmation.
I called customer service and a foreign man answered and said he would cancel any future payments and to be sure I had to go to my bank and ask for them to be blocked and any due payments to be declined.
If you have an apple device, you can track for free.
[Edit] I cancelled future payments after they took a one year subscription payment 4 weeks ago so you'd think that as I'd paid, I'd still get the benefit of my subscription...No.
This is what they said after I cancelled future payments: Unfortunately, you have decided to leave us by unsubscribing from our unlimited premium service. From now on, you won’t have access anymore
to our service".
This says it all about what kind of shysters they are...Scum!

3 months ago from fun I wanted to see if I can track my friends phone and paid 0,50€ and after free trail every month 50€, there is no (OFFICIAL TRANSACTION) I was talking to ‘’customer service’’ over the email and I’ve been struggling to get real honest damn informations about, what
happen and they say, “ Hello,

We need the Credit card number used not the account number, Okay , then please give me the credit card number used to subscribe, those are few responses from their side in mail. I wish I can insert screenshots here so PEOPLE CAN SEE IT AND ACTUALLY READ FIRST OF ALL ABOUT WHAT IS THE THING ABOUT….

I want my 150€ back Or I’m going to European Court of human and Consumer Rights. You have 5 days and I want to see 150€ on my bank account.

Es un timo.
Te piden los datos de la tarjeta para darte de alta, cuando lo haces, te "prestan el servicio" que consiste en pedir que localice un número y la persona a la que quieres localizar te tiene que dar autorización. Es como el GPS de WhatsApp pero te cobran 50€ por ello.
Lo quería para localizar a mi hijo y creía que era como otras aplicaciones gratuitas que se instalan en ambos teléfonos.
Esto es una estafa. En ningún momento te avisan de que te suscribes y de qué van a cobrarte.
He reclamado la devolución. Espero que me devuelvan el dinero que me han cobrado.
He intentado darme de baja y no me deja, sólo pregunta en bucle "¿Seguro que te quieres dar de baja?
He tenido que anular la tarjeta para que no me vuelvan a hacer otro cargo.
Menudos caraduras.
No lo utilicéis ni os deis de alta.

Stay away, service didn´t work on the first trial day which cost 5Euros. Phone newer located. Service cancelled on the second day, only a couple of hours after the 24 hours limit (which I initially didn´t see). Requested a refund of the nearly 50Euros they automatically charged me for one month of service. Not possible is the answer from the company..... No reply from customer service after I challenged their "no refund" standing. Terrible service. Stay away.
