Our house has now been used three times for an advert and the communication has been excellent between Locations direct, me and the production team. If there have been any issues, they are sorted out quickly and efficiently. There have been the odd thing that we weren't told about but there has always been a reason for this. Any problems with the house after the shoot have been responded to and resolved very quickly. Highly recommend.
It was the first time we had been used by Locations Direct where our property was used for 7 days by a production company to film a TV series.
We were extremely impressed with the Locations team who were professional, efficient and thoughtful. They supported us through what could have been quite a stressful experience for a family unused to such arrangements and procedures. Their administration was exemplary always keeping us in the loop and up to date with email communication and ensuring we had a ‘water tight’ contract to protect the interests of us and the production company. They insured that our property was returned to us in first rate condition.
I would particularly like to express my thanks to Tommy and Jordan who made sure all went smoothly.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for such undertakings.

This was my first time using Locations direct to help me find a beautiful location for filming wellbeing content. They were superb. Great communication with Tommy, the location owners were wonderful too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their efficiency, speed and great communication. They made the whole process simple and straightforward.

We've recently started working with Locations Direct and have been really impressed with the whole experience. From the outset, communication has been excellent – quick, friendly and genuinely helpful.
Tommy and Jordan in particular have been fantastic to deal with. Both are great communicators, incredibly responsive and have made the whole process of enquiries, recces and our first confirmed shoot very straightforward. They're always quick to answer questions, keep us updated and are clearly looking after both the location owner and the production team.
Our first shoot through them has just taken place and everything went really smoothly. It's been reassuring having Tommy and Jordan on hand throughout, from the initial enquiry right through to the shoot and follow-up afterwards.
A really professional but personable team, and a pleasure to work with. We're very pleased we chose to list our home with Locations Direct and look forward to working with them again. Highly recommended.

I registered with Locations Direct a few years ago and have never been disappointed with their service. I’ve been fortunate enough to have filming for TV commercials and music productions take place at my property.
I’ve been particularly impressed with the communication and professionalism of Jordan and Tommy throughout the process. I would highly recommend Locations Direct to location teams and property owners looking for a reliable and professional agent.
