Schlechte Pannenabwicklung
Die Mieter Abwicklung war gut. Da wir eine Reifenpanne hatten war die Abwicklung dieser äußerst unprofessionell. Die Kommunikation mit ihrer Pannen Abteilung war nur in sehr schlechten Englisch möglich. Der Abschleppdienst der das Auto Abschlepp te hat nur italienisch gesprochen.
Das Auto wurde zwar abgeschleppt es wurden uns aber keine Informationen darüber gegeben wie beziehungsweise wo wir ein Ersatzauto bekommen. Es hat einen ganzen Tag gedauert um wieder mobil zu sein.
Wir haben versucht mit dem Abschleppunternehmen mithilfe einer Übersetzungs App beziehungsweise WhatsApp zu kommunizieren. Das war nicht möglich.

all great and the guys very kind.
super easy i highly recomand, i think they are super UNDERRATED.
they give me a Clio with 7k km.

Causa lavori in piazza Aldo moro bisogna lasciare la macchina in un parcheggio ma la procedura fornitami è chiara e facile da eseguire.
Sono un cliente affezionato e mi trovo sempre bene: l’auto è sempre quella prenotata e gli impiegati sono gentili e professionali.

Rented a vehicle for three months at a competitive price. Vehicle was great. Pick up and drop off from Bari Centrale Railway Station was extremely quick and straightforward and Daniele and the staff were great. Have used Locauto before and would use them again.

I received great service
I received great service; I booked the car in advance with full insurance. I was given a clean car in excellent mechanical condition. Pickup and drop-off were quick. I had no incidents.

Quick service. Pleasant and clean car. Discussion insurance. Full inclusive package does not include own risk in case of theft. One cannot call this full package.

Regarding your comment about the insurance, we understand how the term "full package" can lead to confusion when an excess still applies. We would like to clarify that in the car rental industry, insurance coverage is strictly tied to regional risk assessments.To balance this risk, the theft excess (own risk) cannot be completely removed, but it is halved (reduced by 50%) to offer the maximum protection possible under local regulations.
We always strive for transparency, and we appreciate your input as it helps us improve how we communicate these regional insurance limitations to our guests. We hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience.
