Minimum formalności .Procedura oddania auta dokładnie opisana w wiadomości na what's app.( Łącznie ze zdjęciami i linkiem do map Google gdzie odstawić samochód .) Auto w stanie idealnym. Highly recommended. Good organization and an easy-to-use online booking platform. Great customer service at Bari central station :) —they speak Italian, Spanish, and English. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they explain everything in detail.

The staff were very kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly, and the whole rental process was smooth and easy. I felt well looked after from start to finish.

The gentlemen who assisted us with check-in and getting our vehicle were fantastic—friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy.

The only area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the car. The interior was clean and perfectly fine, but the exterior had not been washed before we picked it up.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and appreciated the excellent customer service.

Tutto molto chiaro già dal primo contatto telefonico.

Foarte rapizi, masina buna , insa am avut ceva emotii deoarece masina avea o dauna usoara nesemnalata. Comunicarea greoaie , insa per total am reusit sa iau legatura cu ei si sa raportez respectiva dauna fara sa fie alte discutii.

Locauto must improve return car system.
The adress LOCAUTO informs …18C, is the Parking Lot Next Door.
There is adtional problem with luggage. The LOCAUTO parking lot is far from Train Station in Bari- and there are stairs and dangerious crossing for pedestrians.
Adtionally , LOCAUTO must better identify its parking lot or improve GPS, WAZE and GOOGLE MAPS friendly use.
