Se riconsegni il veicolo oltre l'orario di chiusura dell'Ufficio, dovrai parcheggiare il veicolo nello stallo dedicato e lasciare le chiavi, gratuitamente, nella key-box presente nei pressi dell'Ufficio di noleggio. Servizio Elefast: il noleggio digitale, che ti permette di prenotare e ritirare l’auto in modalità contactless direttamente in parcheggio, senza passare dal banco di noleggio.

Everything went quickly and smoothly
Everything went quickly and smoothly. After registering with Smart, the pickup took just 5 minutes without needing to visit the office. This time I even received a better car than the one I originally booked :)

Alles problemlos. Personal gut, Service gut.
Problemloses finden der Rückgabestelle.
Vollversicherung über Check 24 gemacht, Auto außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten problemlos abgegeben. Es wurde keine Kaution geblockt, nur 2 Cent für die Gewähr, dass das Fahrzeug vollgetankt zurück gegeben wird.
Kleinwagen war sauber und stand trotz sehr kurzfristiger Buchung perfekt zur Verfügung.

It's slightly pricier than other car rental companies, but believe me it's well worth it! Great e experience, friendly honest and professional. I definitely recommend them.

Everything went very smoothly
Everything went very smoothly — the car pickup and return, the online check-in, and especially wonderful was the fact that we were able to pick up the car right at landing in the morning, without having to wait 2 hours for the office to open. We will be back. Very satisfied, I recommend!

Everything was easy and smooth. Debit card is accepted. Thanks to the Smart check in I could step into the car in few minutes. The car was in perfect condition. I returned the car at late evening when the office was already closed. I had just to drop off the Kay at the kaybox and that s it. Really hig recommendet for the staff, the price and the easy buracrocy and the overalservice.
