Well...
Well.... i arrived to the counter, have to pickup a number to be service, it took over 1 hour to get service and get the car.
Extremely slow.

Pretty good everything
Pretty good everything. Only issue was some surface mark on the door hope they can resolve. Already too much mark at the surface I couldn’t check very carefully everything!

Renting a car
Helpful staff, quick turnaround and no problem picking up from one location and dropping off at another. Oh, and the car was great as well!

I felt I was charged for everything without explanation because another car firm had let me down .The car was great and the people very helpful apart from the booking desk .

However, we are truly sorry that you were left with the impression of being overcharged without explanation. The prices offered at the desk are dynamic and depend entirely on real-time vehicle availability, demand, and season—there is absolutely no intention on our part to take advantage of a inconvenient situation like a cancelled booking with another company. Transparency is very important to us, and our counter staff should always clearly explain all costs.
We are pleased that you still appreciated the quality of our service despite this, and we take your feedback to heart to improve our counter explanations. We hope to welcome you back soon for a much better experience!

Great experience overall, easy car, survived 2,5hr drive to Tuscany and back to Rome and it was pleasant drive.

airport service was not expedited, and tried to use the App but unable as I am not an Italian resident with at tax number

Overall great experience
Overall, this was a great experience as it was the first time I rented with Locauto.
The car was great, clean, and worked well.
The only complaint is that I could swear when I requested a car I asked for an automatic. When I got to the counter, they said they only had manual transmission available but then had to search for an automatic which they did have, luckily and that meant it was another 130 Euros. That was disappointing.
