Had like for like windows replaced in a conservation area. The Beattie gang, father & two sons, were FABULOUS. They just wouldn’t take a break despite offers of tea/coffee. They all worked so hard & happily answered all questions. VERY tidy workers. Can’t praise them highly enough.

Excellent product quality, superb fitters, left no mess, were fast and fantastic!

I make no apologies for the cliche ‘Team work makes the dream work’, but Lochinvar do just that. From our initial contact with Gary and Mark, our garage/shower/utility conversion was a joy. The end result is stunning.

Andrew, Daniel, Jim, Jamie, Rhys, Andy, Brian, John, Chris and Callum all deserve a huge thank you. Not forgetting the lovely Chyvonne in the office. Chic was frequently on site checking the progress of the work, and resolving any issues that arose.

We got both windows and a complete bathroom makeover by Lochinvar. From design consultation to completion, the team were professional and hard working. They were very tidy while fitting both windows and bathroom and kept us informed of what was happening and the progression of the job. There customer service was also excellent. We would highly recommend Lochinvar.

Great experience and result with the whole team at Lochinvar. We had a garage conversion with en suite completed and the result is really impressive. I cannot recommend Lochinvar highly enough. We had a flat roof replaced with an orangery and are delighted with the finished product. Gary and Chyvonne in the office, and all the tradesmen, without exception, were all very professional, helpful and extremely polite.

We had a great experience with Lochinvar. We had our old conservatory demolished and a new sunroom built. Gary and team were very helpful with design suggestions for the new sunroom and navigating through planning and building control approvals process. The team of builders and joiners were great - always turning up on time, very tidy and causing as little disruption as possible. They really pulled out all the stops so that the new room was usable by Christmas. The quality of the work is superb with very few snagging issues that were dealt with very smoothly - all for a very competitive price. We would be happy to recommend Lochinvar and would have no hesitation using them again in future.

Faultless service, and faultless product. From the consultation appointment to the measurement, and fitting of our absolutely fantastic door we don't have a single negative thing to say. We were directed to the company by a neighbour who was having work done, and aside from the earworm of the 90s advert, we can see that word of mouth is enough for the company to succeed, such is the quality of their work and the materials they use.

The service from this company was excellent. They came when they said they would, did a very prefessional job, and the window looks excellent. And my room is no longer draughty! Thanks everyone at Lochinvar, especially Douglas and Graeme.

Lochinvar did an excellent job on our new windows. Everyone from the front end sales to the wonderful installation crew & back office staff were highly professional and a joy to work with.

A couple of years ago we got multiple quotes for patio doors. Lochinvar were the best on price but they were also the only firm who gave me what I asked for. Their surveyor worked with us and we got doors that open out.
I've since bought a new front door and again, Lochinvar were the only firm who were prepared to make us a door that opens out- other reps who quoted thought I was mad.

We wanted a new Sunroom but were messed around by other firms until we visited Lochinvar.
They quickly arranged a survey and quote which was within budget even including a few extras we wanted.
The whole team from start to finish were excellent and are a credit to the company.
Workmanship was to an excellent finish and the team were very tidy and organised.

From the advice of the rep and the measuring of the new door and surrounds, the different choices of doors offered, to the fitters and the office staff- second to none!

We had an exterior door fitted by Lochinar. The whole process was very smooth, from the surveyor to the fitting team. Very good, tidy and attention to detail.

In early 2022, We asked Lochinvar to build a sun room, and was completed in June,2022. The construction went well with good workmanship. However we had to wait for the Completion Certificate from Council in 2025. We appreciated staff of Lochinvar to follow up, especially to the manager, Chic and Chyvonne.

Good communication about progress. The workers where very pleasant and efficiant and carried out the work to a high standard

This is the second time we have used Lochinvar. From the first initial visit by Douglas to go through the window and door options to the time the work was complete the whole experience was faultless. The joiners that did the work were fantastic and the finished job is excellent. So
Much so that we have them coming back next summer to totally replace our conservatory.
Everyone at the company and in the showroom are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble if we had any questions.
