Very easy to use and a great location for Notre Dame. The locker easily fit my case and backpack. I'd definitely use this service again in Paris or in one of the other cities they are located in.

Super easy, clean and spacious! We had 3 carry on bags, and 3 book bags and we were able to get 1 large and 1 medium locker with enough room for our coats also. Would recommend!

La experiencia fue buena. Los he usado anteriormente en otros lugares y me ha ido muy bien. Sin embargo, la puerta de la sucursal de Notre Dame en Paris es un poco mañosa, entonces perdí unos 30 mins tratando de abrir la puerta; ponía mi código y la misma sonaba como que habría y cuando tiraba o empujaba, no abría nada. Dentro, todo muy bien, como siempre.

Wrong pass code for the door, so I couldn't use it at all. The person with me got a different passcode for the same place.

After carefully reviewing our system logs, we can confirm that the access code worked correctly and the door registered a successful opening attempt. In some cases, if the door is not pushed fully after entering the code, it may not open even though the access has been correctly validated.
As we explained to you by email, the system was fully operational at that time. For situations like this, we always provide a 24/7 customer support phone line, where our team can assist immediately and help resolve any issue on the spot.

Siamo felici che il deposito bagagli ti sia risultato all’altezza delle aspettative. Lavoriamo proprio per offrire una soluzione pratica e senza complicazioni, soprattutto in una zona così centrale come Notre Dame.
Quando tornerai in città, sai già dove trovarci 😉
J’ai fais la réservation via le site…
J’ai fais la réservation via le site internet et j’ai payé 8,90€ (Lock Enjoy) pour le dépôt de bagage près de la cathédrale Notre dame à Paris. Arrivé sur place les codes d’accès à la porte extérieur ou pour le casier ne fonctionnait pas. Résultat j’ai dû repayer 15€. De plus sur place le nom de la société est City Loker alors que sur le site internet c'est Lock Enjoy! Et ceci pour la même adresse postale. Donc il y a une grosse arnaque sur le site internet!

Merci pour votre message. Nous comprenons votre mécontentement, mais il est important de clarifier les faits afin d’éviter toute confusion.
À proximité de Notre-Dame, il existe effectivement un autre local appelé “City Locker”, mais ce n’est pas le même établissement que Lock & enjoy!. Il suffit de prêter attention au logo affiché sur la façade et à l’adresse exacte indiquée dans l’email de réservation pour constater qu’il s’agit de deux services différents.
Les codes que nous envoyons fonctionnent uniquement pour le local Lock & enjoy! correspondant à votre réservation. Si vous vous êtes présentée dans un autre établissement, même proche géographiquement, il est normal que les codes ne fonctionnent pas.
Toutes les informations nécessaires (adresse précise, photos, codes, contact 24h/24) figurent clairement :
• dans l’email de confirmation,
• sur notre site,
• et sur la signalétique du local.
Avant de conclure à une arnaque, il est donc essentiel de vérifier que l’on se trouve bien au bon endroit. En cas de doute, notre service client est disponible 24h/24 pour guider immédiatement les clients et éviter ce type de situation.
Nous restons bien entendu à disposition pour toute vérification complémentaire de votre réservation.
