We have used Lucy numerous times and she has made booking a holiday so much easier.
We just give her a short brief and that’s all we have to do. 😜
She then comes back with very detailed options, which cover all requests, for our family of 4 and we just choose one.
It’s as simple as that. 😊
Lucy does all the research to ensure all options would be suitable.
We went for Morocco this year and had a wonderful time. 🏖️
As always Lucy sent reminders leading up to the holiday, and before we were due to fly home. Stress free 👍🏼

Lucy was amazing from start to finish. Lucy offered some great choices of hotels even though we set a challenge of pleasing 13 people ranging in ages between 5-80. But she did. The whole process was flawless throughout. Lucy truly took all the stress out of a holiday. Would highly recommend. I will be using her for my future holidays

Lucy arranged my parents 50th anniversary
Holiday. They said it was the best holiday they have ever been on. Nothing was too much trouble for Lucy, she added extra transfers, moved their seats on the plane and arranged special assistance.. It all went perfectly- Thank you so much for taking all the stress away!

Lucy is amazing from start to finish. From making contact initially with a very precise bespoke trip with multiple locations, Lucy was on it and came back with an itinerary to suit including within budget set. Nothing was too much trouble and Lucy patiently tweaked our itinerary to accommodate my slight change of mind to extend nights away. Up until the date of travel and whilst we were away Lucy checked in regularly with gentle reminders of next location and confirming transfers. Even a welcome home email to also remind me my passport needed renewal for further trips. Outstanding! I would not use anyone else or ever book by myself again - in fact we have already arranged our next trip through Lucy. Thank you Lucy, so happy to have found you. The Smiths :-)

Lucy at Locket's Travel was fantastic. She put together (at very short notice) a 4 night holiday for me and my son to the Portaventura resort in Spain. Lucy was incredibly patient, investigated different options for me, efficient service, and checked in with me whilst I was away which was such a lovely personal touch and very much appreciated. She listened to what I wanted and delivered, so much so, that my son want's to go again! I don't think it gets better than that!

Lucy was very efficient from the first point of contact all the way through to travelling and whilst we were away. She understood the brief and took care of all of the logistics for me.

Lucy made our whole booking experience so easy. She found us a fantastic hotel, in the perfect location in gorgeous Santorini. She ensured we had interconnecting rooms, which were perfect for our requirements. This is the second holiday we have booked with Lucy and I look forward to booking the next one very soon .

Best holiday ever Lucy! My daughter and I had an amazing 10 days thanks to you…We loved the hotel, unlimited entrance to the water park and lots more. If it was left to me to book it we would have ended up in a one star 100 miles from the beach. We will definitely be you using you for our next holiday!! X

Lucy helped book a last minute city break and was very helpful finding a trip to suit my needs, when I was very restricted on dates and flight times, and was then very patient and accommodating when I decided to change location due to weather conditions and had to start the search again. I have used Lockets Travel for numerous holidays and found the service and attention to detail is second to none. But my last holiday which I have just returned from has topped them all. Lockets travel booked a two week holiday to Thailand which included three different places which involved three internal flights and three different hotels. Everything was arranged meticulously and all documents were clear and consise. Everything that I had asked for had been done and all my expectations were met. Lucy organised a trip to Lanzarote via Jet2 holidays fir me and my husband and we have to say tge service she provided was first class! We have not used Jet2 before so introducing us to them was fab as they offer a great in person service throughout the holiday. Lucy listened to what we was looking for and chose a hotel perfect for us, plus arranged a bottle of champagne on arrival as she knew our last few holidays had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Lockets travel organised our trip to Barcelona for our sons 21st. Everything was seamless from start to finish. Lucy also organised a surprise birthday cake that was a really lovely touch. Lucy totally took the stress out of everything and I would definitely not hesitate to use Lockets travel again.
